Positive: It was a breeze to get into the beautiful condo. I appreciated the simplicity of the design and the back porch.
Negative: I would have liked a few more simple amenities in the kitchen. But overall it was Fabulous and a great area for the pup.
Summary: Well worth the price and location. Made it a brezze to get to my appointments on time.

Positive: The apartment was in a great location. Convenient to train to go into Boston (unfortunately the train wasn’t running between 9am - 6pm during our stay), walking distance to restaurants. Felt safe.
Negative: The main reason to book a place to stay is for rest after a long day of site seeing, etc. The bedroom was in bad need of room darkening shades or curtains. There was so much light that came in the windows that we thought we had overslept only to find out it was 4:30 in the morning. Also, there wasn’t anything to heat up leftovers in the oven. No cookie sheet, pizza pan, 9x13 pan, nothing. Not even hot pads. Very bare bones kitchen set up. This could very easily be a top rated stay with just a few upgrades.
Summary: Could have been great but fell short.

Positive: Loved location and how clean the apartment was
Negative: First of all instructions on how to enter the building were not clear. We were unable to get the main door to open luckily someone left us in Also ,Heating /AC unit did not work while we were there. I reported it and was told it would be fixed. It never was during our stay.
Summary: Apartment was great. Maverick staff not so great.

Positive: Breakfast was not applicable, although the aprtment was very well situated for local restaurants for breakfast, would recommend Christopher's, it was excellent !!!
