Positive: The apartment is in a central location close to subway station. The property manager was helpful providing a new hairdryer when the one in the apartment didn’t work and ringing the wifi provider when the wifi stopped working.
Negative: The apartment was old and pretty basic. It’s on Lexington Ave and we found it noisy overnight which affected our sleep (traffic noise, sirens, horns etc). If you’re a light sleeper this apartment probably won’t suit you. Also the curtains don’t block out the morning light. There was no plug for kitchen sink, no dish rack, no tea towel which made washing dishes difficult. I think this apartment is overpriced for what you get. As a comparison, we spent the previous week in a one bedroom apartment in Sonder at Battery Park for half the price and they have better beds and linen, dishwasher, a swimming pool, roof garden, a concierge and replenish tea, coffee, toilet paper etc.

Positive: We had a great stay at this apartment! The booking was seamless, the place was clean and well equipped and the location was excellent. Maurice was responsive and check-in & checkout were easy. It’s great value for money so we highly recommend it.

Positive: From the moment of booking to the checkout everything was perfect. The apartment was super clean, comfortable bed and had everything you need. We loved the location and host was very friendly and extremely helpful. Next time we come to NY, we would certainly stay in this place with no hesitation.
