Positive: Excellent location, most of the major sites to visit were 5-10 minutes walk away. For anything farther using Grab to get there was a breeze and also quite cheap. Pool was wonderful and not very busy. The view from the top floor where the pool is located also offers a nice view of the city. Owners were always eager to help us with any of our requests.
Negative: It is really hard to find anything wrong with this property. If there is one thing, it might be the price. At almost 200USD a night, this is not cheap by Vietnamese standards.
Summary: We had a wonderful time in HCM and our stay at this apartment certainly contributed to a good degree towards that.

Positive: We travel for work therefore we need a large and comfortable home instead of a hotel room, which is usually very small. This property is almost 1000 sqft which provided us a home feeling. The amenities of the building is great, we were able to enjoy the rooftop pool almost to ourselves, the gym is also fully equipped and the sauna is a bonus. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and kind; he supported us with booking private airport transfer, provided us snacks and water upon arrival. Check-in was professional and quick. We would love to call it home whenever we are in Ho Chi Minh!

Positive: A spacious 2 bedroom apartment. very clean and with all the amenities. centrally located. vincom mall and other malls are 10 minutes walking distance. many restaurants around. the air conditioning works well. rooftop swimming pool is good. the gym has enough equipments. dry sauna is available. the associates who maintain the apartment are very well behaved. after booking it is recommended to contact them through their whatsapp and email. you need to send them your passport scan copy and arrival details. after reaching ho chi minh buy Vietnam sim card and give them the number through WhatsApp.
Negative: although central but too much traffic. there is no balcony in the apartment but the living room window glasa can be opened. not a big issue. the gym has no changing/locker room. sauna is not separate for men and women. only one dry sauna. no steam room. but i didn't find anyone using it.
Summary: A spacious 2 bedroom apartment with everything in central saigon!
