Summary: This little place is such a find in Breckenridge! Super easy drive (or bus ride) into town, sweet little neighborhood. Sue is incredibly helpful, responsive and friendly. Comfy bed and living space, clean kitchen. The hot tub was heaven after a day of skiing and snowboarding! Perfect, quiet location-- would 100% recommend to anyone!

Summary: Great little place to stay in Breckenridge. We loved relaxing in the hot tube after a day of skiing. The beds were so comfy making this place truly feel like a home away from home. Susan was more than welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Summary: This property was the most beautiful place to stay at! It wasn’t too far from town and was pretty peaceful. The hot tub was perfect to go in after a long day of being on the slopes and overall would definitely recommend to couples!

Summary: Great amenities. Very clean. A short drive to Breckenridge shopping, great restaurants, and a fully stocked grocery minutes away. Susan (owner) was exceptionally accessible and accommodating! She contacted us before our arrival, and promptly answered our questions after we arrived too. We came the first weekend in October and missed a lot of the aspen leaf changes but it’s hard to judge exact times with nature. The only negative we had was a rather obstructed view of the mountains by other homes. Quiet, comfy retreat for a couple needing time away together.
