Negative: 1. Extremely frustrating checkin process. Feels like an escape room just to find the correct locker box. 2. No way at all to contact them by phone. The most horrific and impersonal check in process I've encountered in my many years of travelling. The customer service is a swedish number. You can only text or email them. When I reached out to them because I cannot find the keys, late in the evening, tired from my travel,I was faced with someone who is unwilling to help and repeating the same standard answer like a robot. Only when I cried out for help, they finally showed some humanity and decided to act like a human being. The owner should be ashamed. He had this extra flat to cash in the tourist. That is fine. And he probably hired some swedish company to manage it. But they did an absolutely horrible job in that. Oh wait. They did a very good job on kicking people out at exactly 10, because in their email. They said they will charge a ridiculous amount of money to get a lock smith if you don't return the keys on time. It is the most absurd holiday rental experience I have ever encountered. 3. The drain in the bathroom is stuck. It is so disgusting. The water was overflowing and you can see the previous guests hair everywhere coming out of the drain. Later they fixed it. But hey. This might happen to any future guests. So hereby a warning before you book this apartment. If you don't wanna contribute to some lazy ass cashing in and making a passive income. And don't give a shit about their guests wellbeing, DO NOT BOOK!

Positive: Well connected to the city. The apartment was clean and felt rather new.

Negative: The double bed was literally just a mattress on the floor. The second bed was a thin mattress on the sofa bed. There were only two towels in the whole apartment left of our stay. Shower drain wasn't working working property. Plates, bowls, cups and cutlery situation was underwhelming.

Positive: Clean and modern apartment. Great kitchen and facilities. Good security. Supermarket 10 min walk and ferry taxi 15 min walk . Great safe accommodation

Negative: TV not working . Instructions to find key were tricky depending on which direction you came from .
