This Luxury Beach House is a perfect location for a getaway with family and friends. It has a breathtaking floor to ceiling view of the beautiful sugar sand beach from almost every room. Guests can also enjoy the view from a spacious walk out balcony and over 60 feet of private sandy beach . The water is warm and you can walk the beach for miles (4 person party beach raft is included)! The nightly sunsets are a must see, while enjoying a private bonfire (firewood is included)!
The exquisite furnishings and relaxed atmosphere creates a vacation paradise for any guest. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the kitchen essentials to make you feel at home. No need to worry about linens and towels, we provide those too!
Guests can enjoy watching Dish TV on a large flat screen. The central air conditioning system keeps the home at a comfortable temperature for all guests and the on-demand generator is ready if the power goes out. These added amenities will ensure every guest enjoys their stay at the Luxury Beach House.
The home is very unique because it adds additional privacy and added convenience, with a kitchen and bathroom just steps from the beautiful sandy beach. This bungalow, lowest level of a 2400 sq. ft. home is 600 sq. ft which sleeps 4, is perfect for a private couple getaway, 2 couples, or a couple with up to 2 children.
The kitchenet is fully equipped, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, small living area with a comfortable queen pull out couch, and a smart flat screen with free wi-fi, and a spacious walk out balcony with grill and it is just steps from the sugar sand beach. (propane is provided).
The bottom floor of the home just steps from the beach. The owner lives in the top 2 floors which are totally secluded from the rental floor below.

Summary: Absolutely BEAUTIFUL home! Our stay was perfect. Linda greeted us with still hot brownies and gave us a tour. Her home is gorgeous and you walk off the porch to a sandy beach. It feels like you’re in the Gulf of Mexico right in Michigan. We loved every second of our stay!

Summary: The property matched the listing exactly. Linda is a great host! She met us at check in and gave us a tour with any "need-to-knows" and then let us enjoy. The beach was enjoyed everyday by our children ranging from a 1 year old to a16 year old. We utilized the provided sand toys as well as the provided Cornhole game in which we had a family tournament on the beach! The water was clean and refreshing and it matched well with the beautiful home.

Summary: This home is gorgeous. The house decor was stunning. The views are killer -- the beautiful blue/green water by day and the nightly sunsets were breathtaking. This home was immaculate -- extremely well cared for. Not only do the sheets and pillowcases get washed before you come, but the shams, mattress pad and comforter do, as well. For any of you clean freaks (like me) or people that feel you need to bring your own bedding (like me) and spread a sheet down on the furniture -- no worries here. This house is spotless. If you are wondering if you should bring something, DON'T -- I guarantee you it will be in this home. It had everything and more that you could possibly need. We were greeted with a pan of brownies and a nice note welcoming us. We traveled with my elderly parents, siblings and their families, as well as my own family -- husband, kids & spouses and grandson. Having the three floors gave everyone the space they needed. You could always find a quiet moment somewhere. The two kitchens are fully operational and were great to have. We cooked in for all meals. The kitchens have absolutely everything you need. We used the fridge downstairs for drinks and used both microwaves for heating things up. The table upstairs opened up big enough to fit most of the family for meals and euchre playing at night. The two balconies are awesome. The beach is sandy. The water has a nice sandy bottom -- maybe about a foot of smaller rocks just as you go into water, but not bad at all -- we didn't need water shoes. There are two flights of steps -- one going upstairs to the loft and bedroom and one going to the downstairs floor so for my parents, it was a teeny bit difficult to manage, but they had the bedroom on the main floor, so didn't have to climb the stairs too often. Beach towels were included -- enough for all. We had a storm blow in very quickly and we lost power for about a 24-hour period -- but not a problem, a generator kicked on automatically. The upstairs has a loft area with 4 single beds and there is a bedroom upstairs with a queen bed -- both areas connected by Jack and Jill bathroom. Main floor -- plenty of seating in the living room; big screen tv; bedroom that has slider out to the deck; jack and jill bathroom, here, as well, which connects to the kitchen area. Designated laundry room. Basement had living room; kitchen; bathroom & bedroom with double walkouts directly to the beach. Very well, thought-out floor plan

Summary: We could write all day on how wonderful this beach house is. You will not lack for anything and the beach is literally steps away. Sunrise and sunset - really, yes really. It was perfect, just perfect. Every image you see on the listing is exactly what you'll find when you arrive. It was an amazing house and we'll definitely book again.
