Located just two hours north of Toronto, this 4-bedroom, fully equipped Cabin offers all the amenities of home, and then some. The Cabin is part of Clublink's Lakeside at Rocky Crest Resort, located on prestigious Lake Joseph, and home to the nationally ranked 18-hole Rocky Crest Golf Course. Golfers have access to tee times at Rocky Crest and use of the driving range or choose the โ€œCottage Specialโ€ to play UNLIMITED rounds on Clublink's Rocky Crest, Lake Joseph and Grandview Golf Clubs for only $440/week, cart included!
The fully appointed Cabin offers 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms . In addition to the master king bedroom with ensuite and walk in closet on main floor, one bedroom has a queen bed , another bedroom has a queen bed, and the 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds. The main floor living room features a 2-story cathedral ceiling, fireplace, satellite TV and comfortable seating with a sofa that also converts to a bed. The attached Muskoka room provides dining seating for 8 or a great place to host card or board games. A outdoor patio, complete with Muskoka chairs and a high-end Weber BBQ. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops offers island seating and stainless steel appliances. The dining room has seating for 10 and a walkout to the outdoor patio.
The Cabin is professionally decorated, offering the conveniences of home, including 2 flat screen TVs with DVD players, WiFi, Internet. Though equipped with laundry facilities, all linens and bath towels are provided.
Amenities of the resort include 3 restaurants, 2 pools, 2 large docks on Lake Joseph, sandy beach for kidsโ€™ play, hot tub, canoes, paddleboats, paddleboards and kayaks, water trampolines and slides, fishing, no-charge bike rentals, golf putting range, tennis courts, basketball, pool and ping pong tables and hiking trails. The fully equipped workout facilities also offer a whirlpool and sauna for post workout relaxing. In the summer, a kids camp runs full day programs to accommodate golf games or relaxing by the lake.
Winter activities include outdoor skating on a maintained rink, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and numerous snowmobile trails. Downhill skiing is just 45 minutes away, at Mount St. Louis Moonstone.
The towns are nearby and offer, year round grocery, liquor and beer stores, as well as restaurants, shopping and a movie theatre in Parry Sound.

Summary: What a beautiful spot to spend a week in the fall! It was still warm enough to go for a swim in the pool and to literally jump in the lake. We went for some great hikes, the guys enjoyed some rounds of golf and, at the end of each day, we were able to return to this wonderful villa and gather round the table to share some great family time. It was special indeed!

Summary: Our stay was very enjoyable. The fall color's were beautiful. The Muskoka chairs on the patio were our favorite place to sit back and relax with a drink. The place was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything you needed for cooking and entertaining.

Summary: Set back from the Rocky Crest Hotel Resort, this rental is a very short walk away on a quiet little street. It's perfect for family get aways for various ages. The kids loved using all the facilties down by the lake while the grandparents sat on the patio back at the house. This particular rental is part of a semi detached house, but you wouldn't know anyone was staying next door. Some of the other houses on the street are detached. Nice dining options at the hotel and golf club when you don't want to cook. Would book again.
