Positive: Cassandra made our trip for our anniversary everything you could dream of from suggestions, and calls and texts. We being from Mi. had alot of troubles with the technology and she came thru many, multiple times. She is wonderfully sweet and kind and understanding of two seniors who struggle with the new technology. If it wasn't for her do not know what we would have done. She is exceptional and goes beyond the ordinary hostess duties.. OH my she is a one of a kind dear lady who never gets upset and calls if we couldn't text her. Negative: I do not agree with the cleaning fee when guests are ask to do most of the cleaning , laundry, I Used booking.com price listed as 125 per night and it is not until the paymet is to made the cleaning fee is mentioned, can be a little hard to find at night..
