Positive: This house is spacious and equipped with every comfort. Every room has air conditioning, and the Wi-Fi is excellent. The owners are very communicative and helpful. The house was neatly cleaned when we arrived. The house is also equipped with plenty of power strips (both European and US connections). The house also has a secluded garden with cozy hammocks. The pool is very pleasant. The previous tenants had it heated, but given the outside temperature in the summer, additional heating wasn't really necessary. The pool easily reached 30°C. The terrace is super cozy and large enough. There is also a foosball table and a ping-pong table. There is ample parking. The driveway is a bit steep, so it's best to adjust your speed. There is a small supermarket within walking distance, but it only sells basic necessities. A large supermarket is a fifteen-minute drive away. The owners also offered suggestions for local activities, cultural attractions, and restaurants with good reviews. We were very grateful. This house is definitely recommended!
Negative: Nothing, really. At one point, tiny ants started wandering into the kitchen. But with an ant bait box, this was quickly resolved.

Positive: The property is beautiful, the view from the house is magnificent. The area is very quiet and peaceful. There are USB A/B sockets in every room and UK/IRL sockets too.
Negative: Very little to dislike, you need a car that’s all

Positive: Beautiful villa, gorgeous views and peaceful location. We had a lovely week here as a family (2 adults/ 2 children). The pool was a highlight, warm, well maintained and clean. We enjoyed exploring the villa garden and the children loved relaxing in the hammocks! The villa had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the aircon was great too, Sergio and Sonia were helpful in answering our questions.

Positive: Villa is beautiful lots of out door space for out door cooking and dinning, table tennis and table football, pool was heated and lots of space for me my wife and 5 kids side garden with hammocks in the shade large parking area for at least few cars , bedrooms are large and very comfortable king-size beds 3 bathrooms very clean kitchen has everything you need and more you can cook full meals easily , aircon for hot days and heating in every room for cold nights large in door dining table and seating area to chill and watch smart TV wifi router I could go on definitely the best place I have ever stayed loved the views and the quiet, I was able to drive to few resorts very easily and back to the quiet beauty, 1 issue came up and was delt with within half hour which was surprising how quick

Positive: Fantastic property, well maintained and well equipped. Great communications with the hosts. Very nice welcome pack of wine, chocolate and coffee, which was a lovely surprise. Only 15 minutes drive from Faro airport and very easy route. The property is very well equipped with plenty of bathroom towels and pool towels, UK extension leads with USB sockets in every room so no need to take these with you. Kitchen has nice cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The south facing pool is wonderful and takes advantage of sun throughout most of the day. The garden is lovely and well maintained, my toddler grandchildren loved exploring. Table-tennis, table-football and well equipped barbecue area is a great bonus that we all enjoyed. The location is wonderful. The area is full of olive grows, with some amazing ancient olive trees, orange and lemon groves and mixed low level agriculture. We visited in March and the spring flowers in the fields and along the road verges were wonderful. Some nice little bars and restaurants within walking distance and only a few minutes drive to Loule and Faro for fresh produce markets and supermarkets. Thanks to Sonia and Sergio for a great holiday.
