Summary: This house was so cute! There were no surprises, everything was exactly as it was pictured and described plus so much more! The bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms were stocked with everything you could possibly need; it felt like I was at home! We have 5 kids and our big family travels a lot for travel ball and we will never go back to a hotel after how amazing this experience was with this host Samantha!! We had a crazy tournament schedule that game times kept getting pushed back and we ended up having to stay an extra night and even with extremely short notice Samantha was so understanding!! I highly recommend!!! We even brought our dog along for our trip and she had so much space to play and the kennel they provided was clean and the perfect size!

Summary: On previous biannual trips to visit family in KC, we'd spend a few nights in a hotel (where we'd spend minimal time). As my wife and I now have two kids (3 and 1 year old) the days of all four of us being crammed into a small hotel room have become insufferable. Last year we decided to explore more space and privacy and rented a duplex. That was better than the hotel, but still left us lacking. This most recent trip we opted to rent a full home. This was a game-changing decision. Samantha's home was not only basically a new house in a new neighborhood, it ticked our boxes for the things we had been looking for in a place to stay. It provided a full home to spread out in and ensure everyone had their own room. It provided privacy and quiet. The fenced in backyard with the playset kept my kiddos happy. At night, we could put the kids to bed and not have to tiptoe around or keep the lighting level low to ensure they stayed asleep. As a hostess, Samantha was communicative, timely and pleasant to work with. We absolutely plan to book this again on our next visit. Thanks! Jared (and family)

Summary: Very nice home! Great for 4 adults and two kids! Super clean and the short trip to the pool was amazing on a very hot MO day after a Chiefs game. Samantha, the host, is very responsive and so kind. Would definitely stay here again!
