Summary: Our family had a great experience staying at this location. The property manager was extremely helpful before and after. The check in process was easy, with the help of the video to find the key box. The property was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again if back in the area. Thank you!

Summary: Plenty of linens! Wish there was a ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom, and maybe a regular size tv in the master. Other than the toilet paper being 1-ply, (we ended up buying our own), it was overall really great for what our family needed!

Summary: We needed a place to stay so we could visit family in the area. The place worked out beautifully. Clean, spacious, equipped almost everything we needed. Beds were comfortable as was the sofa and chair. All the appliances worked as expected. The location was great, 20 to thirty minutes from downtown Denver and a little bit longer to get to the mountains. We were very happy with the entire place and will consider staying again as we will be visiting family again. The one major problem we had was initially finding the unit. This was not the proprietor’s fault, she has extensive and detailed instructions as to how to get to it. We just missed the correct door after traveling all day. The one very minor ding is, there was no bread bored to cut fresh fruits and veggies. All consider, we had an excellent stay and would recommend the residence.

Summary: The unit was very comfortable and clean. Given the weather, I particularly enjoyed the fireplace! Kate was very responsive, making check in and out easy. Very convenient location, with lots of things to do nearby. I would definitely stay here again !

Summary: We loved the open space. Nice and relaxing, very clean, easy to find, and the hostess responded immediately with any questions. Loved the photographic instructions to get into the building! Perfect location between Denver and Castle Rock.
