Positive: The unit owner and hotel staff are accommodating. The location is accessible. Wifi connection is strong.
Negative: The unit is old. There are unsightly spots or sections that should have been fixed to make them pleasing to the eye. The aircon has no remote control so you can't adjust during sleep if it gets cold. The blinds need to be fixed. There is no cable so you're stuck to available programming, and your own devices. Some affordable redesigning is necessary, like in the sink area in CR, the cabinets. Plus shower is not PWD friendly. It's so high, a short person cannot adjust it easily.
Summary: Luxury Condo is a misnomer. It doesn't come close to it.

Positive: I love the place. so clean , its big and the host were very accommodating. its perfect for place to stay like a weeks or more . And also very near to mall and have 7/11 and a alfamart.
Negative: i love everything there.. we had a sink issue but its alright cz we do some alternatives for that and we didn't able to call to the owner cz we keep on going outside. Im sure if we call her she will be there immediately. All in all the place are very super nice ,
Summary: It was a good stay, clean and spacious . Comfy place, Like home that makes us very comfortable.

Positive: Great for a couple. The kitchen had all the essentials. The bathroom was clean, small but just right, and even had a washing machine. The sofa could be turned into a bed, and the main bed was comfortable. The room had air conditioning, which made it perfect.
Negative: Everything was great, except we asked for an early check-in because we arrived at 8 am. We got there at 10:30 am but had to wait an hour and a half for the apartment to be vacated and cleaned. This was a bit disappointing after a long 10-hour flight when we just wanted to rest. Other than that, everything was perfect.
Summary: Overall, a great stay with a few minor setbacks.
