Summary: This is an absolutely amazing, comfortable, impressively decorated property and with everything needed. We always carry a bag of kitchen items but we didn't need any of them. The bedroom is opulent and the bathroom clean and pleasant. The main accommodation is upstairs which may be an issue for some but for those who can use stairs it compensates with an amazing view through the doors or sitting on the balcony. The garden is a joy to walk round and the hosts very friendly but who know when to leave the visitors to it! We would go back any time, it is the best cottage we have every stayed in without doubt and we have stayed in plenty. There are also plenty of places to visit within 25 miles including walks with amazing views, gardens and castles. The main house looks like a fabulous place for bed & breakfast, something we intend to try in future.

Summary: This beautifully converted coach house in a quiet village was perfect for a peaceful holiday. It was comfortable, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We loved sitting on the little balcony and watching the birds. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful - provided us with loads of local information and advised us on some wonderful walks in spectacular scenery. Norton is a lovely, quiet village and the two nearby towns of Presteigne and Knighton are well worth a visist.

Summary: The Coach House is a beautiful property which has been lovingly restored and converted into a one bedroom accommodation. It was immaculately clean and comfortable (no Covid concerns at all), and is set in the gorgeous grounds of the Old Vicarage B&B. We were impressed with the wide range of pans/utensils etc available to cook with (its so disappointing when lack of kitchenware restricts your ability to make delicious dinners with the local produce!). The view from the balcony is gorgeous and wandering around the gardens surrounding the property is a real pleasure. There are several stunning walks that start from the accommodation itself (guide provided by our hosts). The local area is incredibly friendly with lots of little villages, walks, butchers, cafes and restaurants etc. The hosts are truly welcoming and friendly. They made our trip a special week to remember. I can't recommend a stay here enough. Thank you!!!

Summary: This was a beautiful, quiet, and luxurious place to stay for a week. It's very clean and well appointed, with a lovely little balcony that we especially enjoyed using. We couldn't have chosen better, and hope to visit again when we can.

Summary: John and Paul were very welcoming. Comfortable and peaceful. Very well equipped kitchen. Remember to bring salt, tea etc! Great views from the balcony. Convenient for Presteigne, 5 minutes by car.

Summary: This was one of the loveliest and most peaceful places we have ever stayed, in magical surroundings overlooking valleys of green. Summary: A delightful stay in a very comfortable coach house set right in the middle of some of the most beautiful countryside in Britain. John and Paul were very welcoming and helpful. I loved their attention to detail with regards the decoration of the Coach House, given the history of their own house, very much built in the Gothic Revival by one of its great protagonists. Helpful walks designed by them made journeying all the easier and led to some spectacular views. The view from the coach house itself balcony surely could not be bettered. Very much a place to get away from it all and find some stillness and peace.
