The Smoky Mountain "Connection Cottage" is located in our large 1200 square foot open and airy non smoking walk-out basement nestled in the hills of the quaint city of Morristown, TN. Far enough away from all the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy all east Tennessee has to offer. As a family we aim to make your stay an amazing experience full of amenities above and beyond anywhere else to help you and your loved ones get connected.
THE SUITE: The cottage is equipped with a large beautifully furnished bedroom complete with a closet, dresser, twin couch bed, desk, phone chargers, luxurious his/her bathrobes, a plush King bed with soft linens along with many pillow options & topped with mints for that special touch.
THE BATHROOM: Connected to your bedroom is a private bathroom with shower stocked with soft towels, toiletries and hair blow dryer.
AMENTITIES: Grab a book from our library and get some much needed relaxation by the fireplace in the living room or take a nap on the pull out couch queen sofa bed. Gather around the table in the dining room adorned with a cute retro mini fridge, microwave, dishes, and enjoy complimentary home baked goodies complete with a gourmet coffee and hot cocoa bar to make the perfect concoction your heart desires. Adjacent to the living room get your game on in our large game room complete with an air hockey table, custom arcade machine, board games, and movie room with an 85" screen served with complimentary popcorn.
THE PATIO: Get some fresh air on your private patio by lounging around the firepit, get your grill on at the 24” Blackstone bbq grill, play some yard games, or go for a walk to enjoy some pretty amazing views of the Smoky Mountains around the corner.
AROUND TOWN: Go for a drive and enjoy some local and surrounding activities. Take a hike at Panther Creek State park, swim or workout at Morristown Landing, walk around the quaint shops and restaurants downtown, explore the Smokies at Anakeesta in Gatlinburg, spend the day at our favorite theme park at Dollywood, shop at the Island in Pigeon Forge, or go to one of the numerous shows or museums there. Summary: I was hesitant at first that this would not feel like a private experience but it absolutely was!! The hosts were very easy to message with and provided every need possible for our stay. We walked in from a cold night with the fire place going, jazz music on and candle lights lining the hot tub, with welcome signs personalized to us! Every thought and detail went into this place to make it a true connection cottage. The sheets on the bed were so soft and the bed extremely comfortable. Will absolutely stay again. 10/10 recommend!

Summary: This property is exactly as it is described and shared in photos. The only thing that is not portrayed in the listing is the peace an calm that you feel walking into the property with soft lighting, soft music playing, the water feature gently bubbling. Freshly baked treats, fresh flowers and a lighted sign with our name welcoming us to the home is such a nice touch. We were first time VRBO renters and I'm sure this experience will be extremely hard to top. There really isn't anything I can add to all of the previous reviews left about this property and hosts. Warm, inviting, personal touches, accommodating, and generous. We highly recommend booking this property and enjoyed our stay immensely.

Summary: This place is a gem and the hosts couldn’t be lovelier. Every detail has been thought of in advance to make guests’ stay pleasant, relaxing and comfortable. Summary: My wife and I had to take my elderly mother to Morristown for a funeral. I’m so glad that we stumbled across this amazing place! Everything was thought of in perfect detail, the location couldn’t have been more beautiful and the interior was simply stunning! Our host was accommodating to our every need. I’ve been coming to Morristown for nearly 50 years to visit our family. Why couldn’t I have found this place sooner?!

Summary: Don't pass up this listing if you need to stay in or around the Morristown, TN area. The property and amenities were beyond our expectations. It does not feel like you are staying in a basement. Everything was clean, plenty of windows, large rooms, and so many special little things to make you feel welcome. The hosts are friendly and were very responsive to questions prior to our arrival and during our stay.
