Summary: Innsbruck is lovely, but Seefeld is the perfect, quiet town to be in and this place is incredible. The pool, the sauna, the close walk to the train and grocery store - it's all amazing. Stay here, relax by the pool, and enjoy the beautiful area like a local.

Summary: Had a wonderful 12 days at the house in Seefeld - the house is beautiful, exactly as described and the views were just fabulous. We had a small issue on arrival with the wifi but this was solved immediately without question. The pool is great, heated and the outside area has outdoor heaters so you can still enjoy it if the weather is not as good. Seefeld is a lovely picture postcard destination about 10 mins walk from the house. We had dinner several times on the square and did not have a poor meal. The swimming pool in the town is fantastic for the children and also serves good food, we went once in the evening and ate there. Lots to do in the region, we went on an Alpine coaster, walkef the 'highline' and also travelled out to Neischwanstein Castle. Innsbruck is 25 mins on the train and us also worth a trip. We would love to return at some point.

Summary: We have just returned from 2 weeks in Seefeld staying at this property (a family of 2 adults, 3 children aged 14, 11, 9) . Everything was exactly as described in the details on the property page. The house was perfectly clean and very comfortable. Everything we needed was to hand and the owner was very quick with replies when we asked questions via message on Home Away. The location is superb - only 15 minutes walk down to the town centre which is served with a great selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The food at the restaurants was all great and reasonably priced (although there are some more expensive options should you so choose). During our stay, there were quite a few evenings where there was some sort of show/activity happening in the main square in the centre of Seefeld which were family friendly. There is also a nice little local market every Tuesday. Seefeld is a very pretty and friendly town and we felt very safe and secure during our holiday. There are a few well stocked supermarkets as well, which offer a good range of fresh produce and many clothes/souvenir stores. It is also very close for access to the Rosshutte and other amazing walks in the area. For instance you can also go up the Gschwandtkopf, walk to Mosern or the lake at Moserer See for a great day out. The local swimming pool is very modern and has two excellent slides for the kids. Innsbruck is a 30 min drive away and there are loads of attractions in the Tirol area within an hour or so drive - try the Olympic Bobsleigh near Innsbruck, the adventure area at Zell Am Ziller, the Alpine Coaster at Imst or for something more adventurous Paragliding, White Water Rafting or canyoning. Krimml Falls is a little further away (about 2hrs) but worth the visit, as is Neuschwanstein castle but be warned to book in advance. We had lots of other things planned but didn't get around to them! Had a few days just relaxing at the house and the pool. Breakfast and a cup of coffee on the terrace each morning looking at the mountains was a great start to the day. I would highly recommend this property to a family looking for a holiday which offers excitement, the great outdoors, relaxation and luxury. We shall return!!!!!!!

Summary: We spent a magical week at Haus Eibl in the beautiful town of Seefeld. The house is pristine and was wonderful for both the adults and the children. The kitchen has everything you need, the beds are comfortable, and the views spectacular! We hope to return soon!

Summary: We spent 7 days in Seefeld in Haus Eibl , a wonderful 2 floors villa just 100 metres from the Rosshutte cableway ! The house was very comfortable with wide bedrooms and a large living room. A heated swimming pool outdoor was so enjoyable and also a 4 persons sauna available Last but not least the owner was very kind to us for every request Strongly recommended and will go there again in the future
