Summary: It was our first Thanksgiving without our parents so my sister and I planned this Beautiful new tradition with our family and my new daughter in laws parents. Summary: Our family of 5 adults very much enjoyed our stay. The rental was built with many personal touches and upgrades. Its high ceilings made it feel very spacious. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked and the beds and pillows were comfortable. We grilled burgers on the Blackstone one evening and followed them up with time by the fire pit and in the hot tub. The rental was very clean and was exactly as pictured. We did have some early hiccups in our experience that were promptly resolved with phone calls to our contact. We were missing the door access code to start. Once we got in the rental, we learned the Welcome Book with instructions, including the wifi code, was not yet present. If I had one issue with the rental it would be that it is in transition as a new rental with Evolve. For example, the pots on the deck and those hanging from the front entrance still had last season's dead annuals in them. Once little details like that and the communication with Evolve are worked out, this rental will be perfect. The drive up the private mountain road to this rental is quite steep, like all roads in the area. The driveway itself is level and has ample parking as well as space to turn around. The rental is quick access to Franklin for groceries and anything else you might need. We used the location as a launching point to visit Asheville, Waynesville, and Maggie Valley. And did I mention the views??? They are incredible!

Summary: Our family had an amazing experience from the moment we arrived at this property. Everything about this place was perfect. We were able to come together to ride the Polar Express, celebrate Christmas, two birthdays, & ring in the New Year. Thank you for everything. We would definitely stay there again.

Summary: High end cabin and the end of a paved drive. Wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. Large living space for gathering of family prior to our grandson’s wedding which was about 25 minutes away. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Just needed a pitcher for iced tea or lemonade. Would definitely recommend this cabin.

Summary: Great cabin in Franklin, NC. The house is very spacious, with bedrooms on three levels. The hot tub is very nice and the decks are a great way to enjoy the view. Kitchen is well stocked and the property manager is very responsive for questions.

Summary: This was not your typical cabin rental, from the moment we walked in the door it felt like home in the middle of the mountains. Linens, towels and beds were soft and comfortable. Furniture was perfect for snuggling and watching the sun rise. The kitchen is well stocked for any meal, including the smoker and grill on the back deck. All three floors were impeccably clean. Plenty of room for all eight of us with room to spare. Pictures do not do this cabin justice, the views were spectacular. Jeanette was very timely in responses and such a pleasure to work with. Thank you Jeanette for making our stay great. Highly recommend a stay here.

Summary: We have stayed in many VRBO's throughout the smokies and this is one of my absolute favorites. The pictures just don't do this place justice. The place is fantastic. It is very easy to get to right outside of Franklin all paved drive and within about an hour of all of the major sites, hiking, white water rafting, Cherokee, and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The house is fantastic with plenty of room and gorgeous views. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The internet is slow though but the streaming services worked just fine. Other than the internet, my only other suggestion is to get a professional photographer to photograph the place. We'll definitely look to stay here again in the future.
