Welcome to fabulous East Austin! This house is within walking distance to dozens of Austin's best restaurants, coffee shops, bars and activities. You'll be in the heart of it all - three blocks to Town Lake and less than five minutes to 6th Street, downtown or Rainey Street. This luxury property has a spacious open layout with a newly completed backyard oasis, including a large heated pool with loungers to catch some sun or enjoy the oversized covered patio featuring a premium outdoor kitchen.
The house features an open floor plan with plenty of luxurious touches throughout. Bathed in natural light, you'll love your stay here on the Eastside.
Each of the four bedrooms are set up with comfortable mattresses and quality linens. The rooms include numerous options for charging electronics, including built into the beds or nightstands! All bedrooms have a smart TV with access to multiple streaming apps. Closets are very spacious so you'll be able to unpack and stay a while.
The house has two dedicated work spaces with monitors and keyboard/mouse set up. G-fiber internet with gigabit speed and fast mesh WiFi throughout all corners of the house.
The kitchen is well-equipped with all of the tools you'll need to host a girl's brunch or intimate dinner party. Three barstools provide additional seating adjacent to the dining room with a large dining table to host the whole group.
Patio includes a premium 40-inch gas grill and comfortable seating to sit and enjoy the outdoors next to the sparkling heated pool. Stay cool in the summer with a 10-foot fan while you grab a beverage from the fridge outside.
The house is kid-friendly with games for family fun night and we are happy to provide other items like pack-n-plays, bouncers, toys, etc. for our littlest guests.
The great thing about East Austin is it's a neighborhood that's close to everything, but with a great neighborhood comes neighbors! We have strict quiet hours outside from 10pm - 7am each night. This is THE place to have fun but please be respectful of our neighbors and keep the noise at a reasonable volume while outside. Noise levels are monitored by Minut to prevent loud parties, damage to our property and noise complaints from neighbors. Come to have fun but please be respectful of our neighbors and our property during your stay.
The pool will be heated at your request, just give us a head's up the day before checking in.
This property is non-smoking. Guests that smoke inside (including vaping) will be charged a $500 cleaning fee and will be responsible for replacing any items damaged by smoke and cigarettes.
We love our pets and we know many of you do too. We do allow up to 2 well trained pets (dogs/cats) per stay. We charge an additional cleaning fee of $100 to ensure our next guests have a pristine experience after your stay. Please share these details with us when booking.

Summary: We came to Austin for our son’s graduation (Hook ‘em!) and had several family members with us. This home was beautiful- it has a great open floor plan and was perfect for the family to be able to visit and spend time together. It as clean and literally had everything we needed. We also loved our time by the pool and the hosts were so kind to heat it for us. Highly recommend this property!

Summary: My family needed a place to stay for our daughter’s graduation and can’t asked for a better place. The house is prettier than the pictures I saw. Summary: Our stay at Korey’s house was the perfect weekend! My friends and I visited in early May to celebrate my upcoming wedding - from the pool and covered patio to the comfy couch and huge dining table we had plenty of space to hang out. There were many full work desks set up upstairs as well for anyone who needs to work during their stay (fortunately we did not!!). The house was an easy 10 min drive to Rainey and maybe 15 to West 6th.

Summary: Korey and Cate's place was perfect for our stay. We had a mix of adults and young children and from start to finish both Korey and Care were very accommodating. The place was clean, spacious, and in a great location. We loved that the pool could be heated and there were plenty of pool toys and towels. Highly recommend.

Summary: The place is adorable and perfectly laid out for a family gathering, with the open downstairs floorplan and plenty of space indoors and outdoors to hang out. The owners do a bunch of nice touches that make it feel even nicer, including: (1) turning on the fans before you arrive when it's 108F outside, (2) providing a brand new kitchen sponge for each guest, (3) plenty of extra towels and blankets, (4) whole bean coffee and a nice coffee grinder, (5) plenty of extra supplies (I find it terribly annoying when I run out of TP or paper towels at a vacation rental), (6) high-end pool noodles and floaties, and (7) nice outdoor furniture that's in great condition.

Summary: Seemless check-in process, communication with owners is easy and they respond in a timely manner. The house was super clean, comfortable and amenities were amazing. There is a noise meter located outside that we felt was over sensitive as it would go off randomly just while we were talking at a normal volume. I understand the concept of having it but it may need to be recalibrated. Overall though it was a 5* stay.
