This property offers a 1000 Square foot Private balcony , it is a 2 bedroom/2 bath ocean front condo in the Pyramid the condo unit is about 1200 sq ft plus the balcony. The Pyramid is a gorgeous uniquely constructed well maintained ocean front building with a private beach, AVOID THE CROWDS!! Contactless Entry! It is located on 95th street, directly on the beach, the beach is private to the people staying at the Pyramid but still Ocean City lifeguarded. So the beach is not overcrowded.
The condo itself has an upscale decor, Flat screen tv's in both bedrooms and a 55" in the living area. Comfortable furniture, the kitchen has new stainless appliances and cookware, The balcony is set up with a dining table, chaise lounges, and a large conversation area with comfortable seating, at night there are tree's and lights to create that relaxing atmosphere.

Summary: This property was exceptional in every way for us! The large private balcony with beautiful furnishings is so welcoming, giving us ocean and bay views. The unit had everything we needed. Love the beach decor and wall paintings! Expansive ocean view from almost every room. Great communication with the host. We look forward to returning!

Summary: The balcony is to die for with beautiful ocean views any time of the day. The pictures of the place are TRUE. The check in and out was easy and the building is well maintained and the front desk was friendly. We will stay there again if we have more business in OC.

Summary: We have stayed at many places in OC over the years and this was the best! Condo was super clean and decorated beautifully. It had everything we needed. The huge balcony was amazing! Communication with the owner was prompt and friendly. We will definitely book again!

Summary: Great location, easy to check in, quick responses from property owner. Wish that we would have been notified ahead of time that only 1 vehicle is guaranteed to park in the parking lot. We checked back multiple times to see if there were openings and there were not; however, there were many open spots at all times throughout the whole weekend. Besides the parking, we had a wonderful stay and an amazing weekend! We highly recommend!

Summary: Amazing condominium for a quick getaway -- it's actually our second time renting this space! We picked this condo because of its spacious layout; but more so, for its expansive wraparound balcony with spectacular views of the ocean and bay. We enjoyed staying in on rainy days, with a book in hand, watching out over the ocean, as well as playing cornhole on the balcony during nice weather. Fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer are an added bonus. Overall, it's a great condo located near shops, restaurants, and just a quick drive up to Delaware hot spots. If you're thinking of booking a condo, you won't be disappointed.

Summary: While there is a bit of a Greek theme (IMO) to the decor, it’s pleasant and functional. It could use an indoor dining table. The balcony is fantastic. With chaises, large dining table, couch and a small high top table, there is a lot of room to entertain.
