Our apartment is only 2 miles from Carson-Newman University. Are you looking for a safe and beautiful place to stay in East Tennessee that is fully furnished and has all the amenities of a home? We have you covered in our European-styled second-story flat.
Folks stay with us for work in Morristown, University of Tennessee home games (25miles), horseback riding events in New Market (5miles), Carson Newman University events (2 miles), and visits to Pigeon Forge / Sevierville (30miles).
This unit has beautiful decor and furnishings. Full kitchen with dining table for 6. No carpeted area in the apartment. Washer and Dryer in the unit. Enjoy!
WIFI - 500mb included. Roku in the living room and Roku - off-air antenna TV in the bedroom.
We live just 1 mile from the apartment. If you ever need anything at all, we are glad to help. We are happy to give you hints on places to play, shop and eat. We recommend local places like Gondolier Italian, Pals Hamburger Drive-thru, or The Mad Ox House downtown! Just let us know by text or message, and we will be glad to be your local guide.
This is above a commercial space used by the state of Tennessee. There is little use of the commercial space after 5 pm.

We have both Hwy 11e and Old Hwy 11e entrances into our building. Very convenient from our local full-service hospital, only 1/2 mile away.
Our guests love the large rooms and the decor of our place. It truly becomes a home away from home. Our internet is high-speed and convenient to Walmart and many local shops like Pals restaurant and more!

Summary: The property was incredibly spacious; the pictures don't do it justice. There was plenty of room for myself and my teenage son. It was very convenient to the stables as well as the grocery store and a great coffee house - 60 Beans.

Summary: We had a great experience here. When we had questions about check-in, we were answered promptly and kindly. The apartment was the perfect space for our family of 4. The location was easy to get to, and even being off of a main roadway, it was quiet. It was about 30 minutes to everywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely recommend for an easygoing stay.

Summary: This apartment was perfect for our visit to Carson Newman University. The area as a whole doesn't offer much, but we were there for the college and this apartment is the closest by. The apartment looks as if it was recently redone with modern decor & furnishings. The owners have thought of everything down to every detail- even an extra light up makeup mirror. I felt safe & secure in the apartment. There was plenty of space. Shawn was very great at communicating everything and quick to respond to my questions. If my son commits to CNU this will hands down be where I stay each time we visit!

Summary: My husband and I stayed here for the Thanksgiving holidays for some alone time. The apartment was very nice with modern decor and pretty much everything we needed. We were about 35 minutes from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg which has lots to do. Knoxville was about 25 minutes away. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. My only concern initially was the location of the apartment, it's in back of the Dept of Children's Services. That threw us for a loop but the owner guided us right to the door. All was fine and private. Great place to stay for the price.
