TRONCONES
Nested between the Sierra Madre Mountains and the Mexican Riviera lies Troncones, a seaside fishing village where visitors find the easy pace and welcoming spirit of a classic Mexican hideaway. Travelers are drawn to Troncones looking for a pleasant sense of isolation and seeking the unspoiled and barefoot beach vibe that has diminished elsewhere on the Mexican coasts. DECOR
CASA EN LAS ROCAS is the newest, largest, and most luxurious addition to this unspoiled tropical area. The previous owners have travelled over 20 years through Africa, Asia and Latin America and have managed to connect different styles such as African simplicity and Palapas, Indonesian minimalist decoration using traditional Mexican colors as well as Brazilian chillaxing mood into one single project leveraging the most renowned Mexican Architect Enrique Zozaya. His buildings are immediately recognizable for their organic shapes, their simple use of materials and their overall beauty.

The Villa is located on a semi-private 40 meter beach guarded by a small hill of lush vegetations and rocks and features 4 Master Suites with en-suite bathrooms and open showers, All equipped with a 32' Lcd TV and Amazon Fire Sticks, a Garden Apartment with 2 King Size Suites and Bedroom with 3 single beds together with a 52' Led TV.
MAIN PALAPA
The Masterpiece is a 300 square meter Main Palapa where the guest can enjoy a sports bar – fully equipped with the latest state of the art 60' Led TV and Bose sound system to enjoy a 'Live' sports game or just a good movie, an open fully equipped kitchen and dining table for 16 and two main comfortable living / sitting areas facing the pool and the pacific ocean.
INFINITY POOL
The 22 meter special designed infinity pool has its own beaches and in-water seating and a large terrace is build around it to enjoy the most stunning sunsets on the Pacific Ocean. The Property also features a Brazilian Churrasco Bar-B-Q, Bar and luncheon area all covered to give you a cool shade and brise during the day as well as 2 decks on both sides of the property with a floating bed and sun-tanning beds close to the ocean for reading, yoga & meditation and more…
VILLA STAFF
The Villa has a permanent staff of 3, Cristina & Diomedes and Jessie who take care of daily maid services, cooking, general services and gardening. For parties larger then 12 we recommend to hire additional staff at cost.

Summary: Cannot say enough good things!! The staff was WONDERFUL, accommodating, friendly, attentive and did I say wonderful already?! This property is beautiful. The outdoor showers were such a fantastic feature as well as how close you are to such a private and peaceful beach. We had such a great time thank you!!!!!

Summary: We had the most amazing time here, thank you to the manager and house staff for making our time so special! The only thing we didn't do well was communicate with the house manager to make sure there were food and drinks available BEFORE we arrived to the house. We had a pregnant guest and a very long day of travel and when we arrived there was nothing to eat or drink. But after that it was smooth sailing. Delicious meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner almost every night. The pool was not the color in the picture which was a little odd, but we still got in anyway. Warm ocean waters and the local restaurant with live music and a DJ just a walk down the beach was A HIT!! We had a blast.

Summary: The property did not disappoint. We were 11 adults, 5 children and an infant. We all fit comfortably (the kids slept on inflatable mattresses in one of the bedrooms). The staff was friendly and took care of the property very well. The pool was very clean and of perfect size for our family. The spaces are well distributed and accommodated all our activities comfortably. the house is a very short walk from the beach. Cristina and her team cooked delicious traditional Mexican meals for us! We definitely recommend this property and hope to go back in the near future.

Summary: Casa en las Rocas is the perfect place for a big group get away. There is a lot of common space, and plenty of room for individual quiet time. The rooms and grounds are clean and comfortable. We hired Christina to prepare our meals —- delicious!

Summary: Last year we started a tradition to take our kids and their significant others on a family trip instead of Christmas gifts. This year I was lucky enough to find Casa En Las Rocas. Each and every day we commented on how amazing it was. The views, the rooms, the location, the staff, the food. Christina, Jessie, Dio , and Eduardo were simply amazing, friendly, and attentive. I will never do an all inclusive again. This was by far the best vacation ever. Plenty of space to spread out, comfortable beds, amazing outdoor showers, And just a short walk to a beautiful beach with soft walkable sand. We didn’t want for anything. Great place for a large family or group of friends. We can’t wait to go back!

Summary: This property had 6 bedrooms + TV room to sleep in (all with beautiful outdoor showers), beach access and a private pool. The property comes with staff including amazing cooks and Eduardo who will coordinate any activities for your group. We booked horseback riding, in-house massage, and salsa through Eduardo - all activities we would recommend! Eduardo also recommended an amazing driver - Roberto who drove our group of 14 to and from airport, to lunch recommendations and took us through a day beach/jungle atv tour around Zihua. A few notes, we went during the off season which was very hot! If you go during august bring light loose clothing and be prepared to sweat~! The pool water was also hot from the sun. Also the 7th bedroom is not a real bedroom - it is the garden tv room which has L-shaped day beds to sleep on. Our group was 14 adults so I would only recommend staying at this property if you have people in your group willing to sleep on the day beds. Overall highly recommend this beautiful property for those looking for relaxation., fun and to explore new parts of Mexico!

Summary: Our family which consisted of 17 of us just returned from Casa en Las Rocas. This is a beautiful, spectacular location with lots of room to spread out & enjoy the amazing ocean views. Christina & Diomedes and their crew are outstanding in cooking and making sure everything is clean prepared for us. The pool & lounging area were a highlight for all the grandkids! Make sure you ask where it is safe to body board or surf. It isn't far but a specific place. We didn't find this out until a few days into our adventures by some locals telling us that we were in a dangerous spot. And it says secluded beach on the listing but people use it, it's not just for this house. We did have a few issues with electrical outlets not working(none out by the BBQ grill work), fans rattling loudly and spotty air conditioning. Some repairs are needed to keep it up for a 5 star rating but it's very nice. The biggest issue I had was on the price being listed in Euro's instead of dollars which I would normally pay with. This hasn't ever happened even when I've booked VRBO in Europe. Make sure you check this out as it is added cost for Americans. Be ready for large & small iguana's, armadillos, bats and tropical bugs! Our grandkids and our entire family loved it!

Summary: 11 of us from babies, kids, mom's, dad's, family and friends all enjoyed this amazing house. The dads and older kids were getting up early to go surf and then would come back to enjoy the house the rest of the day with the family. The staff was amazing, cooking, cleaning and just making our life easy everyday. I picked this spot because I did not want to clean, cook and basically stress about all this stuff daily with 2 families and 5 kids. A vacation to me is to be able enjoy your time, the pool, property, family, friends and just relax. That is what you can expect here. The property is amazing, much better than pictures and just an amazing spot. I own 4 vacation rentals in San Diego and I can tell you that this is a 5 star spot and we will be back soon for another amazing trip. Thank you to everyone at Casa De Las Rocas :)
