Summary: Great set up for kids and adults. Large yard and basement space for the kids. Beautiful stream (raging river after heavy rain) bordering the backyard was special feature. Kitchen had everything we needed. All fantastic. And Peter even responded when I accidentally texted him late at night!

Summary: We had a lovely time at the house for a family winter holiday over a long weekend - there’s a lot to do inside the house as well as nearby despite the cold! Peter is very communicative and quick to respond to any questions. The house is spacious and clean, would love to return in the summer to try other activities!

Summary: From the minute we booked our stay, it was so easy to communicate with the owner, Peter. The house itself is stunning and was a perfect place for 6 friends to go to for a relaxing weekend. The stream in the back gives it a certain serenity and the backyard is so big. It’s nearby to many places so it’s a short drive if you are looking for groceries or restaurants. Would recommend staying in this beautiful home and more than accommodating owners.

Summary: My group and I had an amazing time renting this beautiful home. The property was spacious and provided privacy and great accommodations for our group of 7. Instructions were emailed prior to arrival about local spots and how to dispose of trash prior to departure. We enjoyed all the amenities provided. The hot tub was very relaxing and we liked having it as an option as well. Also, the owner was easily accessible via text for any of our inquires. Overall, we will definitely consider visiting again.

Summary: Just wonderful! Beautiful setting with nice amenities! Location is convenient to hiking trails and shopping. Our favorites were Kaaterskills Falls, Overlook Mountain and Woodstock. Local eateries, Two Brothers Pizza and Circle W sandwiches both quite tasty and close.
