Positive: Large and spacious, location was fabulous with a cute balcony over looking the lake

Negative: A bit of a stretch to call this a luxury property. One pillow per person either budget lumpy or flat, no additional blanket and one towel each for your stay. Very budget piece of soap and one sachet of shampoo, something you would expect in a hostel. Cleaning was ok but not great, balcony needed cleaning. Shower was blocked in main bathroom so couldn’t use it as if flooded over the bathroom floor. If you don’t have a Swiss plug with you then you can’t use the toaster or iron as they are European plugs. Kitchen not stocked well, no salad bowl, budget cutlery and huge soup sized coffee mugs for a Nespresso machine. Plastic oven mitts that melted when trying to take hot baking tray out of oven and one very stained tea towel. For the price you expect this place to be on point with a high standard of comfort.
