Summary: We love everything about this villa in the beautiful village of Kathikas. From start to finish, we cannot fault a thing. This is our second year here and it felt so much like returning home. Savvas, the host, is brilliant with both communication before and during the stay. The welcome package is brilliant and very well received at nearly midnight!pool is amazing and so big. It is such a peaceful, unspoiled area and the views over towards the coast are incredible. We cannot wait to return one day! Thanks Savvas, we really appreciate your hospitality.

Summary: We’re currently in the villa, today we head home after 2 weeks. Savvas the owner, is very welcoming and kind. He left us a welcome package when we arrived and met us on the way, communicating with him was easy. He was always available if we had any problems. Kathikas is a lovely quaint little village with a few restaurants and bars. Coral bay is a 10/15 minute drive and Paphos about 30 minutes. Latchi and Polis are about 15 minutes away. We had a great 2 weeks here and experienced a few trips including: a buggy trip to Adonis baths, a self drive boat to Blue Lagoon, the aqua park, Troodos Mountians, the catacombs and much more. I highly recommend this villa as the location is great, the owner is lovely and the villa is fantastic. The bedrooms have A/C and have en suite bathrooms, the pool is large and clean and the eating areas are lovely. Thank you Savvas for making our holiday perfect.

Summary: The villa was amazing, the most beautiful view we have ever had. Savvas was the best host we have ever had nothing was too much trouble and checked in with us every few days to see if we needed anything or had any issues. He left us the most thoughtful welcome pack which was very much appreciated. We would definitely go back and would recommend to others.

Summary: Savvas’ Villa and his hospitality is second to none, but as it is a little gem and want to book again, I don’t want to spread the word too much. We had a fantastic week, nothing was too much trouble for Savvas, stunning views from the villa, finishing off with 3 ducks having an early morning splash in the pool on the last day😃

Summary: Villa Melina 2 is a beautifully presented and deceptively spacious property that provided us with all the mod cons we needed. Surrounded by vineyards the villa offered breathtaking scenery while providing a level of privacy that few villas in this price range can match. The owner Savvas could not have been more friendly, generous and accommodating, even going as far as meeting us halfway from Paphos airport to escort us to the villa due to our delayed late-night flight. We could not rate this villa experience any more highly and will definitely book again

Summary: We have just got home from a wonderful stay at Villa Melina 2. Many thanks to Savvas for a seamless experience! The welcome pack when we arrived late at night was so well thought out with all we needed to get us through the next couple days with essentials. Communication with Savvas was really good, he popped in the first day just to check everything was ok. Facilities in the villa were superb, all bedrooms ensuite. Great sized communal areas, beautiful garden/patio/pool/pergola/pool house/laundry room etc. The views are fabulous to the coast and the sunsets were beautiful. We cannot wait to return as soon as possible!

Summary: The second time we've stayed in Villa Melina2 and we've enjoyed it as much as the first time. It's a brilliant position offering every comfort, privacy, lovely views, incredible sunsets and in walking distance of Kathikas which is a village that's alive with great Tavernas, coffee shops and lots more. The host, Savvas, could not be more friendly and helpfull. We would highly recommend this property.

Summary: Enjoyed our stay at this spacious villa with nice sized grounds and pool. We enjoyed the use of the facilities, such as the large pool, barbecue and an elevated area with a gazebo which allowed amazing views and a nice cool breeze towards the evening. A welcome pack was provided of the key essentials plus wine and beer which was a thoughtful touch and very much appreciated. We have stayed at Melina 2 before and would definitely stay there again. The owner Savvas kept in touch via text to confirm that all was well on a few occasions and made sure that he came to see us before we left the property. Thank you Savvas!

Summary: This villa is right in the middle of vine growing. Nearest neighbour about 50 metres away. The owner Saavas could not do enough for you and always on hand. Villa and pool very clean. Excellent welcome pack provided. The villa is 600 metres above sea level so a cooling breeze. The village is 10 to 15 minutes walk with a selection of restaurants. Recommend Yannis restaurant. If you like beaches there are two close by but you would need a car. Would love to go back again and can highly recommend for peace and quiet and tranquility. Pool excellent size and set in lovely surroundings. Best villa we have ever stayed in. Thank you Saavas for being an excellent host.

Summary: We have just returned from a two week stay here and cannot fault a single thing! We enjoyed our stay so much, we’ve already booked for next year! The villa is amazing, so much space and the pool was definitely a highlight for our three children. It is ideally located for walking into Kathikas where you will find a range of local tavernas and a great gin bar. We did a mix of eating in and eating out and found the kitchen to be well-equipped and big enough for all of us. Savvas as a host was attentive and very helpful. If you are looking for a perfect, switch-off holiday in a beautiful location, this villa is just for you!
