Positive: Information from the host, quality of interior such as furnishings, extra touches such as wireless charging for devices and an air fryer. Responsive host to any question and clear instructions. A wonderful stay where we were well looked after.
Negative: Location of the one shared bathroom - only accessible via the dining room and kitchen but this can’t be helped in homes this old and beautiful.

Positive: Very close to the beach. Spacious rooms, coffee pods milk sugar and tea available. Nice looking kitchen and bathroom. Games and playing cards are available for children. Tv with Netflix, wifi.
Negative: Bad point Unfortunately, it is not the whole house to stay just part of 1st floor Wanted deposit of £250 however, when I refused, admitted that's their mistake and didn't have to pay as I booked by booking com Wanted additional £40 for an additional person to stay. You'll need to sign an agreement for your stay, and if you break anything, you'll pay for it. Before arrival around 10 ish I asked for an additional blanket and was told that the cleaners had just finished cleaning the property and were unable to provide it. Arrived after 5:20 pm. Two ladies still sitting around the Jacuzzi smoking cigarettes didn't realise we arrived, suddenly started to clean Jacuzzi. At first, I didn't realise that someone was still at this property, which never happened to me that situation before. I thought,that the neighbours were chilling in the garden. Jacuzzi still had some dirt and felt sand on the seats and the whole body when in Jacuzzi. Dirty wine glasses and a few plates when we wanted to use them on arrival. Dont know why as there was a dishwasher. Still wet floor, so definitely, cleaners weren't there at 9 am when I asked for the spare blanket. While 2 ladies were cleaning Jacuzzi they put too much Jacuzzi cleaner / chemicals in the water, the smell was too strong, they should do it much earlier, not when the guests arrived. In addition that water damaged my swimming costume. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, don't stay here.It was very noisy from the main road, people walking from the pub at night. In my opinion it's not a very nice area to stay and relax. Parking permit should be available for this property and given to guests on arrival as in many places we've been visiting. You can park your car opposite the property by the entrance from the sea side, the main road not from the property. Will charge you anyway £15.80 for the whole stay, stayed there 2 nights, the same amount is apparently up to a week.

Positive: Almost on the waterfront, with direct line of sight to the channel - we loved the sea breeze. The property was faultless, all new 'everything' and very tastefully designed. The hot tub was an added bonus and was the perfect balance of luxury ending a long day of touristing with kids.
Negative: Car parking was a bother, but easily resolved with clear instructions provided by our host in the electronic welcome booklet.
Summary: We would definitely choose this property over any others in the area. A MUST STAY! :)

Positive: The property was immaculate. Everything was brand new from the furniture to the cutlery. Plenty of space while also feeling lovely and homely. Fully stocked with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. It was literally a 20 second walk to the beach with a sea view from the living room. Communication from the host was excellent also. Lovely people.
Negative: I cant think of anything to say negatively about the stay at all. If you are looking to stay in Bognor Regis I dont think you will find anywhere better.
Summary: Beautiful beachfront apartment with immaculate decor. Highly recommended.
