Positive: Spacious apartment in a quiet residential block with inexpensive ride from JFK.
Negative: The steep stairs down into apartment. The surrounding neighborhood would not be safe at night but ok during the day.

Positive: The apartment was very well appointed and quite spacious. Large bed was comfortable . Nice shower with plenty of hot water. Loved that the pretty kitchen had coffee/tea and enough bread for toast for the following morning for us. Miad met us when we arrived and reviewed all the amenities . It was great to be able to arrange/coordinate an airport pickup as well as a drop-off back to Jfk. Would definitely recommend.
Negative: The construction/traffic to JFK at about 5 pm made for a longer pickup time.

Positive: I liked the guest house: spacious, clean, safe, and welcoming.
Negative: The included free departure airport ride was not provided. I asked, prior to booking, if I could also be picked up at airport and was told yes, for $20.00. I paid the $20 for the pickup, but was told by text message late at night that a ride to the airport was unavailable. I called, in panic, because now I had no way to make my morning flight. I was told to call Uber, but I'm not familiar with Uber. I informed him that I booked the stay because transportation was part of the included accommodation. He told me his dad would take me and I could pay him an additional $20. I was so impressed at the beginning that I was going to promote his business, but the stress and additional charge made me lose trust.
