Suitable for up to 3-4 families, this spacious well-positioned home has multiple indoor and outdoor living areas, fully fenced in-ground pool, entertaining BBQ area with beautiful serene lake views, 2 outdoor dining areas, and huge entertainers kitchen with butlers pantry. Ideally suited to 10 guests. The home has 5 spacious bedrooms, one very large with a very spacious ensuite, guest bathroom and 2 separate toilets, wifi, ducted air conditioning, laundry with washing machine and dryer, security camera's on front and rear entrances, and off street parking for 2 cars. It's a very quiet street nestled in behind the Alex Beach Resort but close to all the beach action, skate park, picnic and BBQ areas, and coastal walks to Cotton Tree and Mooloolaba Esplanade. Alex Beach surf club is favourite for locals as well as a number of nearby restaurants. Just minutes drive to the Sunshine Plaza, cinema’s etc. and public transport is also available to take you to cinemas, shopping centres, and only 15 mins drive to airport.

Summary: We rented Cathy’s house for a week after our wedding to spend some time with friends and family who were visiting from the UK. The house was immaculate and perfect for hosting several people. The check in process was seamless, with Cathy meeting us at the house to show us around. All basic supplies were provided. The location is prefect with a short walk to the beach, bus stop, local shops and bars. I would highly recommend this house for a group vacation.

Summary: Lovely place & location. Pool & outdoor area really nice ,& you can't beat a 300 to 400m walk to the beach. Only downsides were air con in the twin room, one fridge wouldn't reliably close, finding stuff in the divided kitchen & wasn't across the 11th bed arrgt.

Summary: We stayed to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday and we were so happy with the whole experience. The house exceeded our expectations. Our younger adult children enjoyed walking to the beach and we were so happy with the location and ever aspect of the house and pool. Thank you for making our holiday so perfect!

Summary: Our family of 10 (3 generations) had a fabulous 10 days in this beautiful house. Check in was smooth with the lovely host Cathy greeting us. The house was spacious with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was huge and amazing with all you need to self cater, there are games for the kids, including video games and smart TVs in every room. Pool is great and outdoor entertaining area is fantastic overlooking a lake with lots of birdlife. Location is great with short walk to beach and cafes & restaurants of Alex. Walking distance to Mooloolaba, Cotton Tree and Maroochydore. Cannot recommend this property highly enough! Thankyou Cathy and Rick

Summary: Eleven of us , a beautiful house and host was very supportive of our group Plenty of room to move, games and swimming pool, Close to cafes and restaurants and the beach. Everything you needed was here at your fingertips, great kitchen and butler’s pantry with large island bench to gather at. Overall a ten out of ten for this experience. Summary: Our adult family spent 5 nights in this gorgeous house. The location was excellent, being 5 minutes walk to the beach The house itself was outstanding. Having a mixture of king, queen and single beds made it excellent for adult guests. All facilities at the house were wonderful so self catering was a breeze I would definitely recommend staying at this accommodation

Summary: We could not have been happier with the "Hamptons House" The property was immaculate upon arrival and lived up to the amazing photos. Location was great - had the best of Alex & Mooloolaba within walking distance. This house has everything you could possibly need - didn't even need to buy toilet paper! Definitely one of the best accommodation stays I've had and would highly recommend!
