Heddwch is an imposing detached house, newly built, just 300 yards from one of Pembrokeshire’s finest sandy beaches - Broad Haven. Finished to a very high standard, it is deceptively spacious and furnished in a contemporary style with wooden floors throughout, the modern fitted kitchen has a large oak table that seats 14, ideal for family gatherings and 2 steps lead up to the spacious lounge area with A-frame beams and a wood burning stove for chillier evenings. Bi-fold doors open right back to a paved patio and enclosed, sheltered lawned garden offering marvellous sea views, perfect to enjoy leisurely alfresco meals after a day on the beach, while a second lounge gives plenty of space to relax. The super large bedrooms spread over 2 floors above and make a welcome retreat - ideal for the whole family. The location is perfect with the beautiful sandy beach of Broad Haven, a firm favourite with families and surfers alike just a short walk away, there is also a village shop, pub and restaurant in the village or why not take up a new water sport from the hire shop. Days can be spent on the beach or join the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path to explore this beautiful coastline. The picturesque harbour village of Little Haven lies just over the headland or can be reached via the beach at low tide and has more pubs and restaurants to try. A wonderful quality holiday home perfect for family gatherings or friends to get together and is sure to give holiday memories to treasure. This is a no smoking property. Holiday Cottage Layout. Additional Information: Electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, 4 TVs, DVD player, WiFi, iPod docks, Xbox 360/2 controllers, double sofa bed & single pull-out bed both available on request with an additional charge, towels, BBQ, garden furniture. Heating: Gas central heating, wood burning stove. Please note, we have a Ring security camera that covers the driveway and back door access, along with a Ring doorbell that covers the front door access.

Summary: The property was amazing and we all enjoyed it. The main living area was gorgeous - better than the photos and fitted all 13 of us comfortably. 5 of the bedrooms were spacious and all beds comfortable. The single room though was tiny and had no storage. We were lucky in that we had great weather and no rain and spent 2 afternoons on the nearby beach!

Summary: The property was fantastic great area fantastic beach. The pub and restaurants all great people all friendly and helpful.Awesome sunsets would reccomend to everyone. Will definitely visit again

Summary: House has all the needs for a extended family visit, minor issues, freezer was not empty from previous guests, some maintenance issues, dripping tap in kitchen, light outside backdoor does not work, hoover bags full, no replacements etc.

Summary: We were a party of 6 adults and 5 kids, there was plenty of space for us all. The weather wasn’t great for our holiday but there was loads of room for us all to spread out on wet days. The proximity to the beach was great, the walk is easy with only a very short stretch without pavement. We enjoyed swimming and body boarding (note the local surf shop no longer hires out wetsuits but we bought some from Tesco in Haverfordwest). The large entrance hall of the property is really well designed and the downstairs shower is handy. The beds were comfy and the showers on the first floor were amazing!! A great stay and would recommend to others.

Summary: Family of 10 of us ranging from 13 to 91 and worked perfectly. House had everything we wanted and needed from appliances to kitchen bits to electric car charger. View from lounge and patio out to sea was great. Beds all very comfy. 5 min walk to the beach. Dog friendly house. The local contact Rebecca was friendly and helpful as was the owner Paul. Quick to respond to messages. We will certainly be back.

Summary: We had a family gathering of 11 people for a long weekend with ages ranging from 2 to 84. Location was great with a 5 minute walk to beach, pubs and local shop etc. House was perfect for us. Plenty of toilets, showers etc and lovely spacious living area which opened out on to the garden with a view of the sea.

Summary: It was a lovely property, fully equiped. It has a great location, the comunication with the owners was excellent. We had a great stay. The only minus I will give is for the cleanlinless, it looked like the house was prepared for the next guests and cleaned weeks before, everything was dusty. I recomend either a new cleaner or a refreshing before the new guests arrive. Thank you!

Summary: Due to a family bereavement, I had family coming from Liverpool, Suffolk, USA and our dog so needed somewhere for us all to stay. We all loved staying here. It comfortably fitted all 10 of us and made a very sad time an awful lot easier. The house is stunning! It has everything you need and if not, there are shops are nearby.
