Summary: We have rented this villa before and are always impressed by the location, the view and spacious layout. The well equipped gym is also a welcome bonus feature. The weather for our stay was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed Cyprus once again. The only negatives were the issues with the washing machine which worked only intermittently and needed multiple visits from the plumbers, the broken bathroom tap and rubbish bin without a lid on arrival which were fixed the next day, However the most disappointing things was that there was no change of bed linen and towels which we had expected on the middle weekend and the fact that, whilst we spoke on the phone with Gemma , the property manager, she did not meet and greet us on arrival and we did not actually meet her face to face during our stay despite some of the problems we encountered. It is nevertheless a lovely villa and we would gladly go back there in the future.

Summary: The communication with the Manager was GREAT. The AC has problem but the Manager sent a technician and fix it immediately. Some ants in the kitchen the first day, but we clean. The bathrooms and bedrooms are clean.

Summary: We have had two amazing holidays at this villa, kids love the pool and the spacious interior, wifi and the gym are great and the area is so tranquil and peaceful we all get to fully relax. We also went out on pedalos, on a boat trip to Blue Lagoon, the water park in Paphos and the evening meals in Polis or Latsi. Owners and the agent are very helpful and the property is well maintained. Fantastic holiday, one of the best, and we would highly recommend this property.
