Summary: Owner was very helpful in rescheduling our reservation twice. Very nice neighborhood. Our stay here went well but several areas were lacking. The "lobby" with 2 single beds is really the front room of the house (living room). The previous tenants had left kitchen items at the beach so we had only 2 coffee cups and 2 spoons for 5 adults and 2 kids. There was sand on the sheets of the queen bed. Hand towels and wash clothes are not provided. Both sliding doors onto the patio are extremely hard to open and close. As stated on another review, 3rd bath is just a toilet as the sink water is shut off due to leaky faucet. Great place but owners need to ensure readiness for rental.

Summary: The property appears newly remodeled, it is a great alternative for 4 adults and 2-4 children to multiple hotel rooms in the area. We were able to stay just minutes away from family so this worked well for overflow lodging. In our opinion, there is not enough privacy or bathrooms for sleeping any more than 6 adults/teens. The property really only has 2 full bathrooms. The advertised 3rd bath was a working toilet attached to the garage which required traveling thru the garage to find, and the sink didn't function. So at best, this should be listed as 2 1/2 baths, probably just 2. We had 3 senior couples stay at the property. The master bedroom was great for one couple. The other 2 couples had to share the second full bathroom. The kitchen area and common area were comfortable and a nice place for us to gather and eat breakfast and play games in the evening. The large TV in the living room only works if you bring a computer and connect via the provided HDMI. The WiFi worked very well.

Summary: Our stay at the house was very nice. The rooms and the beds were cozy and so was the living room. The backyard view in the morning with all the windows was so beautiful. Our kids loved all the oak trees and every bird, squirrel, and deer that would occasionally appear while we were inside, but still enjoying all the nature around us. It was clean and welcoming so we will definitely be staying again. Thank you
