This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath Manasquan beach home is a sun-soaked paradise. Enter into this home via the beautiful wraparound porch which will provide endless hours of enjoyment. It’s great for hanging out on lazy afternoons, reading a book, or even better for enjoying a cool breeze and conversation. There are ceiling fans, rocking chairs and a porch swing to ensure your comfort as you while away the hours. Walk thru the front door into a 2 story, open floor plan home with high ceilings and large windows all around for plenty of natural light. The eat-in kitchen features stainless steel appliances, gas cook top, granite and mahogany counters, pantry and an island with a breakfast bar. Enjoy hanging at the counter so you can mix and mingle with the cook and guests. Through a sliding door, there is a private patio and enclosed yard. Relax and enjoy comfortable lounge chairs, a fire pit, a BBQ gas grill and the best part – an outdoor shower for after the beach! The family room has a comfy couch and chairs, and a 55” flat screen HDTV. There is a warm and inviting gas fireplace. There is also a living room and dining room in this open floor plan to enjoy an elegant evening at home. This home sleeps 8 comfortably. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, a club chair with ottoman, and an en-suite bath. There is a walk-in shower, dual sinks and a large soaking tub. 3 other bedrooms feature a queen, a full and 2 twin beds. The eastern exposure of these rooms offer beautiful light and balmy breezes. There is an adjacent bath with tub/shower and dual sinks. There are bikes and beach chairs and badges to enjoy the short ride to one of the best beaches at the Jersey shore. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, we’re just a short walk to downtown restaurants, shops and bars. There is a park close by for the kids to enjoy and the Glimmer Glass & Manasquan River for kayaking or water sports.

Summary: This was one of our best rental experiences. Liz and JT were very responsive and warm in all of our communications. The house is beautiful, well maintained and very clean. We spent hours on the large and welcoming front porch. They had all the beach paraphernalia we needed and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. The house was about a 15 min walk to the beach in a beautiful neighborhood. Overall top notch experience!

Summary: We had a lovely few days in Manasquan at this property. The home was clean and the owner was helpful and responsive. The front porch is a HUGE highlight. But, the proximity to the train took a bit of getting used to. Overall, we had a great time!
