Completely remodeled masterpiece in perfect location near the popular Old Town Scottsdale. Remodeling work was done in 2022 and features unique finishes and top of the line furnishings. Comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms await you in this 4 bedroom home. Spacious and functional floor plan which sets up well for family or friends traveling together. Heated pool, arcade games, cornhole and BBQ are all here. Convenient location close to the Old Town's top shopping, dining, and nightlife.
The space
Home is spacious and well laid out to accommodate up to 10 people. Living area features sectional couch and big screen tv with plenty of room. Fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar for those wanting cook in while on vacation. Bedrooms feature top of the line beds and bedding for a good nights sleep. Mater bedroom with King sized bed and luxurious modern bathroom. Plenty of games for the family which include an arcade game, fooseball table and cornhole for outdoors. Backyard Oasis with brand new custom pool with heating option and plenty of loungers to soak up the AZ sun. Gather for an outdoor meal under the patio at the dining table for up to 8 people. A Great place to relax and enjoy yourself on your next vacation. Ideal location near Old Town Scottsdale which features the Valleys top dining, nightlife, and shopping. Close to Spring Training Ballparks and many other area attractions.

Pool can be heated for an additional $75 per day or $400 per week. Must notify management at least 48 hours in advance for pool heating.

No smoking in home at any time.

Summary: Our family travels extensively throughout the US and other countries. We utilize VRBO and other booking sites . This VRBO stay has been the absolute worst property we have stayed at . Booked a 5 night stay for 4 adults and 2 children . Arrived to find a broken cabinet hanging off its hinges, a refrigerator with water and ice pooling under the drawers creating a leak and very stinky odor and no hot water . Reported it to management and was told maintenance would be here the following morning. Maintenance did not show in the morning and we were forced to take cold showers in order to get to a sulfide 80th birthday party o time . Maintenance eventually showed up at 1 pm . The home had a really foul odor and we realized it was coming from the trash can in the kitchen . When we removed the bag it had mold and rotten garbage at the bottom of the can . The cookware in the kitchen was not cleaned properly and had food stuck on it from previous use . In addition we were told there would be 2 towels per guest and one pool towel each . This would mean we would have 12 bath towels and 6 pool towels . They only provided 1 pool towel and 7 bath towels so I had to contact management again to request towels . There are weeds growing up through the Astro turf around the pool with stickers on them so we had to pull weeds so we could walk around without stepping on them . The property as a whole is unkept and dirty . We have stayed at several wonderful Scottsdale properties and our advice is “do not stay here “if you want to have an enjoyable relaxing time.

Summary: We had a great stay at this VRBO. The checkin and check out process was seamless. The house was great for the price, the pool was awesome, and we had a great time hanging out on the back patio. Would highly recommend this property. One note to the property owners - please supply more of the basics. A couple more trash bags, a dish sponge, and a few extra rolls of paper towels would have made cleaning much easier.

Summary: We much enjoyed our stay at this house. The location was top notch and we could get everywhere we wanted to in such a short time. The street was nice and quiet which was perfect for our family. The back yard was a complete hit with our kids the pool was absolutely amazing surrounded by great lounging chairs. There is a nice shallow area when you first enter the pool which was perfect for our toddler. The bedrooms were comfortable and had everything that we needed. We have a large family so there was more than enough space for all of us and all of our things. We even said there could be room for another small family to join us even in the future. The house could use a really good deep clean and one over. The house was clean but there are areas that need some attention for a really solid deep clean. We noticed this more so since we have a crawling baby we felt like some areas could have used a deeper clean. Overall that would not deter us from booking this house again! We loved every minute of our vacation and we cannot wait to come back to the Scottsdale area and would not hesitate from making this house our home again! Thank you!

Summary: We loved the house. It was perfect for our family of 7 adults. Check in was a breeze absolutely no issues The house was large with comfortable beds. The pool was wonderful as well as the outdoor seating area. In a good quite neighborhood. Centrally located for everything we did. The only negatives I have is pots and pans in kitchen should be thrown in garbage and the seating for such a large house was not adequate for large groups. Only one small sectional and the dining chairs on their last legs literally. We made it work and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
