Summary: A very good accommodation for us as we are familiar with the area. The cottage is private, secure, well equipped and maintained. This is not part of a complex so there is no pool or exercise facility but the very good Eldorado Pool and Fitness Center is a pleasant 10 minute walk. Bob was great to deal with.

Summary: This place was very very clean and inviting, great location, the owner was very nice, we had a great stay, the VRBO app didn’t give us the information we needed to get in however it did give us the owners information and he helped us. I would highly recommend staying here.

Summary: Overall, it was a good stay. However, I would suggest an update of the place as it is outdated. The plastic flowers, magazines and nick knacks take up room where a person could utilize the space, since space was limited. The coffee maker is way too small and only makes a couple of cups of coffee. The towels were worn down and need to be replaced. The couch was very uncomfortable and dated. Also, the cleaning of the place was okay. There was a tiny bit of remanence of stool in the toilet, it smelled of vinegar when we walked in and I dropped something behind the couch, and there were a number of dead bugs. I was a bit disappointed, but not to the point where I complained because overall like I said, we had a pleasant stay.

Summary: This is our favorite place to stay when visiting relatives in Scottsdale. The neighborhood is lovely for walks! The patio is perfect for morning coffee. Bed and furnishings are comfortable. H Bob is a great host. Hope to stay here again!

Summary: This quiet, clean, and comfortable guest cottage was the perfect place for the 2 of us to explore Scottsdale. It was a joy to have coffee on the beautiful and private patio/garden area in the morning, while watching the hummingbirds sipping from the blooming plants and trees, and then to be able to grill our dinner in the evening. A big bonus for us was being able to park our car in our own garage. Bob, our host, was friendly, helpful, attentive, kind, and very accommodating. The location of the cottage was super, being close to Eldorado Park, which is a block away and has walking/biking paths that continue for miles in both directions; with easy access to stores; and the free shuttle that took us to Old Scottsdale. We also appreciated having the use of Bob’s bicycles to pedal for miles around this beautiful area. 5/5 stars for this delightful cottage.

Summary: Small cottage/apartment is very clean & comfortable - especially for an older couple. Everything is on ground level, no steps to climb. Bedroom & living room are carpeted; furnishings are rather dated, but functioned well. we enjoyed morning coffee on the patio. Private off street parking. We took many walks around nearby El Dorado park. Neighborhood is nicely kept & safe. Old Town Scottsdale is approx 2.5 mile, 10 min drive. Our host Bob lives in main house on site; very kind & accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: The neighborhood was quiet and close to a beautiful park/trail system. Our owner, Bob, was helpful and easy to communicate with. The property provided two bicycles and we enjoyed many nice rides on the Greenway. We were close to many restaurants, groceries and things to do in Scottsdale. We especially enjoyed the Railroad Park. We'd like to stay again in this area.
