Glenshieling House is a magnificent Victorian villa built in 1893; peacefully located within its own private gardens and woodland of three acres and set amongst the rolling Perthshire Hills, yet only a fifteen minutes stroll to Blairgowrie Town centre and all its amenities.
A fantastic space for family or friends to get together with free parking on site and available to rent on a short, medium or longer term term basis of 3 nights +
On the ground floor we have the lounge, sun room, dining room, kitchen, office, utility room and one bedroom. The four other bedrooms are on the first floor of the property, all bedrooms are en-suite.
The house is decorated to a high standard, with unique quirky character and luxury bedding and towels for a feeling of warm indulgence.
Pets are welcome.
Free car parking for up to seven cars on site and bike shed is available on request.
There's a large garden with garden furniture to the front of the property and 3 acres of woodland to the back, where you might see some of the other residents-red squires, rabbits, hedgehogs, pheasants, woodpeckers, sparrowhawks and a myriad of small birds, occasionally even roe dear nibbling the garden shrubs.
The whole of the house is available for guest use.
All en-suite bathrooms have showers, travel cot, high chair and baby bath are available on request.

Summary: Our party had a great time at the house. The location was perfect for walks straight from the door and the riverside walk into town was a highlight, especially in the snow. The house itself was exceptionally well appointed, very clean and lacked nothing. Enjoyed the log fire each night. Already planning to return next January.

Summary: There were 9 of us ranging from 8-oap and we had a great time. The weather sadly, was awful but it didn’t really matter as the house was plenty big enough for us. Very well equipped and very efficient responses when required

Summary: We stayed here for a long weekend as a small celebration for my Mums 60th birthday and to say it was amazing was an understatement. Communication from the owners was excellent and they made the check in process so simple - they even let us check in early! The house was so quirky, beautiful and clean. Having visited lots of holiday homes in the past we made sure we packed extra cutlery, towels, serving bowls etc but it was not needed at all, there was not a thing the owners missed! Each bedroom having a ensuite was perfect for a large family. The bar was a hidden gem and helped us celebrate the occasion. Location is lovely, lots of nice walks and the local town is less than 10 minutes away. Would recommend this house over and over again , 5 stars and one very happy mum! Thanks Scott & Steve!
