Summary: Having never visited St. Tropez, we were unsure of what to expect. But from the moment we arrived, we were transported to an alluring realm. A charming town, pleasant people, a shopping delight, and scenic Mediterranean vistas of beauty. An integral reason for our lovely weekend is owed to Jean Xavier’s house. Location? Perfect. Comfortable? Very. The bedrooms are good size, the kitchen had the necessary amenities, and the spa-like showers were a soothing respite after a day at the beach. There is a cozy outside patio for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Add a convenient parking space, off-site from the house but easily accessible, and this home met all our needs for a relaxing getaway. The spiral staircase is not for the physically challenged and arriving and unloading luggage takes some maneuvering, but Jean X and his assistant Lucie went above and beyond to help us get settled. Did I mention location? Again, this is the key to this home: it is in the center of town, walking accessible to all the sights, dining, shopping and people-watching, yet quiet, safe and private.

Summary: This property was wonderful and in the perfect location. Steps away from the port, shopping, and the best restaurants. You could not get a better location. The place was modern and clean. Perfect 2 bedroom with 2 baths. Washer/Dryer, kitchen, and the cutest/quaint small yard. We could not have been more please with our stay there!! I would definitely recommend and return.

Summary: Great location! Well appointed, clean, modern and comfortable. Very charming and we had a wonderful time in St. Tropez! The parking, in general, in St Tropez is challenging. As it relates to this apartment, the parking spot is approximately a 5 minute walk, you must walk with your luggage to the house as there is no space for luggage drop off. The proper manager was very responsive and good at follow up to make sure we were well taken care of.

Summary: We stayed for a week in this amazing modern & newly refurbished townhouse in the heart of St Tropez town and our expectations were far surpassed. The location couldn't be better, nestled between the port and Place des Lices on a small side street. So central and yet because of the bedrooms and the terrace facing the back of the house, completely quiet and secluded. The house has recently been refurbished to an amazing standard, modern and light with all mod cons one could ever expect. It also comes with a private parking spot just minutes from the house. The host was absolutely fantastic. Not only had the house been stocked with anything from soaps and detergents, beautiful bed linen, towels etc to the basics in the fridge such as water, wine, eggs, coffee etc etc but the hosts were always on hand to lend a helping hand, advice and were incredibly accommodating. We are definitely coming back here and looking forward to it!
