The main level has an open concept living room, kitchen and dining--all of which have those million dollar views of Pickwick Lake. The main level bedroom suite has its own entrance to the upper deck, a spa-like bathroom with double vanities and a jacuzzi tub, and stunning views to wake up to in the morning. The cook in the family will find a very well stocked kitchen and the adjacent dining room, which overlooks the private dock, will be a great place for families to gather at mealtime. A laundry room and powder room round out the main level.
Ascending the staircase to the upper level, you will find three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as an additional flex room with a full size sleeper sofa. Enjoy some quiet time in the cozy reading nook with a selection of books for children and adults.
The terrace level of the home has one bedroom suite as well as a spacious entertainment room with a pool table, comfortable media space with a cozy leather sectional sofa, a selection of games and a second kitchen and bar space open to the game room.
