Summary: Positives: Great neighborhood, clean, felt safe, easy keyless/contactless entry, nice pool (however way smaller than it looks in pictures) Improvements: general communication. No check in instructions sent until we had several questions (stated error with website). No checkout notes sent until 10 minutes before we left so we had to attempt to get it all done fast as an extension was not allowed. Upstairs AC was not good. Majority of rooms are upstairs, everyone was miserable sleeping first night as we didn’t know “game room” door should be open to get air moving. Nice and cool downstairs in living room/kitchen and master bedroom.

Summary: We had a fabulous time. The pool & jacuzzi were great for the day we had our grandkids. The kitchen is perfect for entertaining & the split floor plan worked beautifully for our family. Watching the cranes, geese & other birds on the lake while having morning coffee was just the best way to start the day. The owner is super responsive to every little need that was mentioned & anything we were missing was delivered within 30 mins. We will definitely return! Thank You Ventimiglia Family for sharing your amazing property.

Summary: Nice home that fit my family and friends nicely. The lake is a bit muddy which made it difficult to enjoy but the pool and outside grill were great.

Summary: This home was perfect for our family vacation. Great location right on Lewisville Lake and easy to get where we wanted to go in Dallas. Beautiful backyard & pool. Stefanie was quick to reply to all questions.

Summary: This home is just perfect. We loved everything about it!! The pool and backyard is just beautiful and the owner was super helpful whenever we had a question. A+ all the way around! Hope we can go back sometime!
