Step out of the door and directly into the lake at this fantastic lakefront home. Enjoy unobstructed views of Delavan Lake from the great room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped to make meal preparation a breeze. The dining room has a huge farmhouse table so the entire group can gather to eat and there is a large adjoining deck with BBQ grill, additional dining table and outdoor sofa overlooking the lake. There are plenty of places to relax including the great room, a family room/TV room and a comfortable screened porch.
The great room opens to a sleeping loft with 3 twin bunkbeds (sleeps 6 children). Primary bedroom has a king bed, two guest rooms with queen beds and one guest room with a double bed.
This home is the perfect retreat in any season with boating, fishing, and swimming in the summer; ice skating and ice fishing in the winter. We have everything you need to make the most of lake living: private pier, sport court/basketball court, outdoor shower, paddle boards, kayaks, lawn games and an expansive yard, fire pit, and more. There are many nearby bars, restaurants, golf courses, ski hill in the winter, and just ten miles from Lake Geneva.
No more than 8 adults and no parties allowed. Please no bachelor or bachelorette groups.

Summary: Not even the cold rainy days could keep us from enjoying this beautiful lake house. We felt like we were in a model house in a magazine. It offered more space than we were expecting. We hope to return this summer and be able to enjoy the outdoor spaces too!

Summary: Our weekend was wonderful. The property was clean and instructions for check in and check out made it such an easy process. The house was beautiful and provided the perfect place to get away and connect with friends! We especially enjoyed all the board games that were at the house. Summary: From the beautiful view to the comfortable accommodations, this house had it all. Fully equipped kitchen and activities for every interest. Towels and linens were high-quality. Well-appointed home on the lake. It was especially cold outside, but my family fully enjoyed staying in. We played games, cooked together and enjoyed the view. A Summer rental will be spectacular. We'd love to come back.
