A beautiful spacious barn conversion with vaulted rooms, a mezzanine floor and courtyard gardens in tranquil South Creake, North Norfolk.
Sleeping 10 + 2, in an outstanding location, just 4 miles from Burnham Market, and a 10-minute drive to the coastal towns of Wells, Holkham and Brancaster.
*Please note the upper level is a family suite and as such you will need to walk through the twin bedroom to get to the king size bedroom, please see floor plan amongst the images*
Cornflake Barn is a luxury grade II listed building, ideal for families and friends holidaying together.
As soon as you enter Cornflake Barn you will be immersed in the large wood beamed sitting area and log stove. The kitchen/diner is equally spacious with room for all to dine.
Cornflake Barn sleeps 10-12 people. Downstairs there are 2 master ensuite bedrooms with super king beds, 1 super king bedroom and 1 king size bedroom.
Upstairs, there is a family suite with 1 king size bed in one room and 2 single beds in an adjoining room, with its own bathroom.
Courtyard gardens
There is ample outdoor seating in the beautiful sheltered courtyard.
A second courtyard to the side, further seating for up to 12 and a Weber bbq.
Parking for 2 cars in the double garage and for 2 more cars outside the double garage.
Please note dogs 2 mature well behaved dogs are permitted.

Summary: Great property for a large group, exactly as described. Good location for touring Norfolk and accessibility to the coast. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, good showers, plenty of kitchen equipment and space for everyone. There was also a very thoughtfully put together, generous welcome pack. Summary: Our family of 12 spent a great week over Christmas at the Cornflake Barn. The Barn was lived up to all its claims and was perfect for our needs. It's well designed and perfectly appointed. And very spacious which meant there was plenty of room for us all to gather together in the lounge or dining room, but also enough for us to find our individual spaces when needed. Overall magnificent accommodation, which we hope to visit again!
