4 Bedroom House in Solon

Everything in this historic house has been completely updated.
The house has many living areas so people can have common and separate spaces to relax and work.
The inside has all the amenities but its the great layout and space inside, and outside 3 tier deck, concrete and grass play areas and easy access to local rivers and lakes that makes the house such a hit with its visitors.
The entire house is rented except for the Master Bedroom, Basement, Office and Garage which will remain locked.
The basement unit has its own entrance and its own driveway. The basement is a separate living area with NO shared space and locked shared doors to the main house. This space may be used by the owner partially or in full during your stay. The owner will have no access to the main part of the house. If you do not want the owner staying in the basement, please message him prior to booking. If you want to book the basement then please contact me about the additional fees, I can always make this space available for you.

Summary: This was a great house for our group to spread out and enjoy. We loved eating dinner on the deck, playing games in the dining room, and watching a movie on the huge TV. Thank you!!

Summary: Jazz was a good host, responsive to my questions. The outdoor furniture was not set up as shown in the pictures but it was early April, and Jazz brought out the gas grill when I asked. His home is convenient to the highway and a great place from which to view the eclipse. There were rules, such as no pets, no shoes in the home, and stripping the beds I haven’t had to do in other rentals but overall it was a great place to stay.

Summary: Good location and perfect house for a family gathering. Lots of big spaces to gather for football watching and meals and good sleeping options available to spread the guests out. Well stocked kitchen for making big meals to feed the crowd.

Summary: Overall it was a good trip and a good stay. The house has plenty or room. We had 8-10 adults. Good for entertaining. The house inside and outside needs TLC. No bedroom on main was a little challenging. Jazz was responsive and helpful.

Summary: This is a lovely house with a great location right off the highway. Beautiful front and entrance way and lots of room in the back with multiple decks. Very large kitchen with lots of seating along with a large and comfortable living room. The bedrooms are large with 3 having their own bathroom. My review is limited due to a tornado taking out the power after the first day. The owner was very responsive and in touch. He contacted the power company and kept us updated. This is a great place for a group. Elderly may have some concern on narrow steps to the third floor and stone steps out back.
