Summary: Owner/property manager was very attentive and responsive. The cabin was perfect, we were there for a wedding at Pennyrile Lodge, the bride and groom stayed at one of your other cabins and it was also super cute. I get we should have had the wedding at 3 oaks instead ♥️ I love your concept!

Summary: We had a wedding to attend and looked for a place nearby and we are so happy we chose to stay at the luxury lodge in the wilderness. The cabin was impeccably clean and well stocked. We were lucky to see foxes and deer, just beautiful.

Summary: Our family loved Eric's cabin. The property was so peaceful and well kept. We loved the pavilion with the massive fireplace and walking throughout the wooded area. Our cabin was so nice, the pictures do not do it justice! We enjoyed cooking our dinners over the open fire, playing checkers with the kids on the porch and made a visit to the Pennyrile park beach just up the road. A wonderful place the whole family agreed to come back to.
