It's a new luxury two-story 3 bedroom log cottage with a cozy atmosphere. There are 2 cottages, 3 cabins, and one waterfront wood sauna on 100 acres property with 25 acres private trout lake.
You can feel nature just 120 km from Toronto. It's close to Wasaga Beach, golf resorts, horse farms, and Grey Highland falls and caves.
A lot of activities: fishing, canoes, pontoon, jogging, darts, BBQ, chess, ping pong table (included in the price).
During a ski season you can enjoy wood waterfront sauna. It"s $120 for 4 hours (max 4 people). Extra cost for an additional people is $20 per person.
Blue Mountain ski resort about 20 km from the cottage. Devils Glen country club just 7 km from our place.
A short (7km) drive way to Dogsled Rob Roy. Highlands Nordic cross country skiing just 8 km from the cottage.

Summary: Pictures do not do this place justice. We stayed for a long weekend as a quick get away but will be coming back here in the next month for a week and are already planning our spring trip. The lake is giant. The cabins are very, very cozy and clean! You want to constantly be outside and relax by the fire and a very comfortable sauna. The hosts are probably the nicest people we have ever met and are extremely attentive. HUGE property, amazing walks and oh so very quiet at night extremely clear night. Definitely and absolutely would recommend to friends and family. Thank you for an amazing time!

Summary: We've been coming to this property owned by Oleg and Natasha for three summers in a row and we have no plans of stopping. What attracts us is the lake, which is clear and pristine, the sauna that's right by the lake, the organic lifestyle that we lead in this cottage, but above all the friendship and the hospitality of the owners. I didn't want to write this review because once everyone finds out about this gem of a place... Anyway, couldn't possibly wish for anything better. Thank you, Oleg and Natasha, for our wonderful and relaxing summers!

Summary: I'm of two minds about writing a review for this property as I am convinced that this is truly the best kept secret in all of Ontario and I would like for it to stay that way. The owners are terrific about managing the property and keeping it environmentally sustainable, safe, and clean. Not to mention a touch of Russian hospitality that comes gratis with the rental. The house is super comfortable, functional, and clean. But the primary reason to visit is the lake. No speed boats on it, no gas and oil leaks, or any other man made junk. Enjoy hot Russian sauna till you are red-hot and then jump into the lake. The area is reach with fresh produce in the summer, such as eggs, fruits, and veggies when in season. This place is truly heaven on earth. We stayed there for one month and we are coming back again in the winter to enjoy winter sports and skating on the lake!
