Summary: We had a great time at this comfortable home. Plenty of room for us to stay comfortably apart and still gather to eat and have drinks together. We had a family wedding in Dayton so we enjoyed this cute home mostly in the evenings and mornings. The monkey bar was nearby so we had a fun lunch and drinks there. We had a great time with all the comforts of home.

Summary: We all really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The kitchen is very well stocked with nice pots and pans, glasses and plates, silverware etc... The beds were clean and comfortable. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Brent was very responsive to any issues we had. We took day trips to the Ark Encounter and King's island which was nice. Overall a great vacation.

Summary: Overall, the house was very good. It is difficult for our group to find a property that meets all our needs, but this came really close. The neighborhood and proximity to local attractions were definite positives. The pool and backyard area were excellent. We really appreciated the extra perks the owner provided- swim towels, more than enough toilet paper, and plenty of kitchen tools and cooking supplies (except there wasn’t enough silverware, so we had to buy plastic forks and spoons to avoid washing silverware after every meal). Whenever we had an issue with the house, the owner responded quickly and effectively (difficulty with the garbage disposal, grill tank was low). With our large group, we especially appreciated the multiple eating areas and two separate living rooms. However, we did have some complaints. The upstairs got really hot during the day and took a long time to cool down in the evenings. Some of the mattresses were very uncomfortable. The water softener made it difficult to rinse when washing and showering and made the upstairs shower extremely slippery. Some “bedrooms” were very small and obviously originally intended to be something different but were renovated to be additional bedrooms. Overall, this property was a good find for our group, but some of the amenities were lacking.

Summary: This was the perfect home for my 12 member family. We had a great time swimming and cooking-out on this beautiful property. The owners made sure our stay was safe & comfortable. They were available to assist us with all our questions & needs. Another plus... this property is less than 5 minutes away from Kings Island Amusement Park!!! 5 stars for sure!!!
