Summary: We had a lovely stay at this property. We gathered at this central location for a 5-day vacation. There were six of us and the accommodations were great for this number of guests. Chris was outstanding at helping answer any questions. The instructions provided for check-in and check-out were well-organized and comprehensive! We are all seniors and the ground-level access to everything was helpful for those who had some mobility issues! GREAT LOCATION for a private, quiet, comfortable time together!

Summary: We used this as our home base for a vacation/college visit week. House was great, very cute nice views of the river. Kitchen was awesome. Location is isolated, which was great for us but plenty of gas stations close by for quick things and Winona was 12 minutes away for everything else.

Summary: The house was the perfect size for our group of 5. We spent many hours admiring the view from the front patio and chatting with the friendly neighbor. We were a bit disappointed that the access from Spring Lake to the main channel was challenging but that is mostly due to the low water level. There is a path from the boat launch to the dam that we enjoyed walking and biking. Overall it was an enjoyable and relaxing week.

Summary: We were a group of five ladies over the age of 60 enjoying a weekend together. The property has great curb appeal and right across from the beautiful Mississippi River. The kitchen, dining and living areas met our needs well. However, we quickly realized the sleeping spaces were not sufficient and comfortable for our group of five adults. Better suited to fewer adults or children. Fun shopping and dining along Hwy 35.
