The house is well located only a short distance from two cafe strips in Leederville and Mount Hawthorn and scenic lake Monger, a 10 minute walk to Glendalough train station ( City line and north line) and buses ( to Scarborough beach).

A modern 224 sqm of floor space, two two-story house with 2 main bedrooms and two smaller bedrooms all with BIR. The main bedroom is down stairs the rest of the down stairs comprises of a study/single bed, theatre room with TV and a large kitchen open plan living and dining area with TV area. Also a large bathroom and toilet are next to the main bedroom. This house can accommodate up to 5 guests with 2 queen beds and 3 single beds.

Summary: I spent Xmas with my partner and my 2 adult children and their partners. My parents even stayed a night as there was plenty of room. Comfortable house and close to public transport, restaurants, pubs and supermarket.
