Your luxury mountain retreat starts here. Awake to panoramic sunrise views from the expansive deck or at the downstairs seating area with lounge chairs and porch swing. This 4 BD/3.5 BA craftsman-style cabin with rustic, custom finishes sleeps 10 and is situated on 2 acres overlooking National Forest Preserve land.
Step inside and be welcomed by 26' gabled ceilings and an abundance of natural light and windows that allow our guests to enjoy breathtaking mountain views from every room. The warm and inviting living area is filled with oversized upscale custom furniture. Enjoy family meals at the 10 person custom hickory live edge dining table (made locally by Jerry’s Mountain Furniture) or at the outside picnic table. Prepare your favorite cuisine in the fully equipped kitchen with center island, gorgeous silestone countertops and black stainless steel appliances. The open floor plan allows for flow between the rooms and great views to the stone fireplace, 65” 4G flat screen TV or mountain range.
The main level also boasts the master bedroom with King bed and private en suite bathroom that features a beautiful custom double vanity with copper sinks, dual stone shower heads and a large walk-in closet. Incredible views, vaulted ceilings and a 55” 4G flat screen TV make this an enticing place to relax.
Watch the sunrise as you sit outside on the covered deck to take in the sounds of nature and enjoy the long-range mountain views. This area is ideal for gathering, with cushioned patio furniture and a large coffee table for setting down a drink as you warm up by the outdoor stone fireplace or watch your favorite football game on the 55” 4G flat screen TV. Just steps away is a gas grill for cooking up a favorite dish.
Kids and adults alike will enjoy the lower level lounge area with a huge sectional sofa, stone fireplace, billiards and dart board, and another 65” 4G flat screen TV. Three additional bedrooms, and two additional full bathrooms are also located on the lower level. A second master boasts a queen bed, with en suite bathroom and masterfully crafted bay window reading nook. The third bedroom features two sets of custom built twin size bunkbeds each with private storage, outlets and lighting, a 42” 4G flat screen TV and a pocket door connecting into a full bathroom with tubs. The fourth bedroom has a queen sleigh bed and amazing short range mountain views.
Just steps away is the lower level deck with rocking chairs, hanging swing bench chair, large 6-person hot tub, outdoor shower and custom stone fire pit and sitting area to unwind.
The cabin is a scenic 20-minute drive to downtown Blue Ridge. The location is ideal for getting away from it all while still being close enough to go to town for shopping, dining or even a ride on the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway. Enjoy a visit to Mercier Orchards for apple picking and tasting the famous fried apple pies. Sip brews at Grumpy Old Man Brewing Company and have dinner at one of the quant eateries in town.
For adventure lovers, the Toccoa River is situated at the bottom of the hill just minutes from the cabin. Spend the afternoon tubing, kayaking or fly fishing for the best Rainbow Trout in Georgia. The Aska Trail System is also nearby for convenient hiking, biking and nature exploring. Kids will love the local Lily Pad Village with gem mining, fishing ponds and miniature golf.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay at On the Rocks. The house was situated with a beautiful view and all the amenities needed for three couples on a getaway weekend. the house has everything - it's really well stocked and a great floor plan. We enjoyed hiking nearby, the hot tub, Pool table, outdoor fireplace and the superb kitchen. Great for families, friends, couples etc,

Summary: Our stay was amazing. The property is beautiful just like the pictures. Brandon is the best host I have ever encountered. We had everything we needed so we could spend more time enjoying and appreciating the atmosphere. The drive up was not bad at all and one of our guests drove a small sedan up. If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would!

Summary: We had an awesome vacation at this property! We have a family of five and take an annual trip to Blue Ridge so we can unplug and enjoy the mountain views along with the crisp, cool air. From check-in to check-out, Brandon was communicative and helpful. We had no issues at all during the stay. The property is conveniently located, close enough to downtown and various hiking trails. The cabin is well stocked with everything you'll need, moreso than most cabins we've rented in the area. The kids had a great time in the downstairs area and playing outside. Overall this is an amazing property and could have easily accommodated several more guests. If you're considering a stay in Blue Ridge, this cabin should be at the top of your list!

Summary: I reserved this beautiful cabin to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday. My daughter couldn't have been happier! It ended up being 7, instead of 10 of us, but either way the place was spacious & stunning! Brandon communicates well and ahead of time, so you're never guessing about anything. The place is stocked with all the essentials plus more. The views are breathtaking, and the hot tub was the perfect way to end the night. Thanks again for sharing your cabin through VRBO!

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The house and views are beautiful and the host has appointed it with everything you need. We had 7 ladies in their 40s staying here for a girls’ weekend. It would also be wonderful for families with kids, especially with the great game room. The host was helpful and easy to communicate with— he shared restaurant recommendations and helped us figure out the status of the road conditions after freezing rain the night before. (The roads were fine and very easy to get to the house.) I was very impressed and will definitely be back here!

Summary: We have stayed in many cabins throughout Blue Ridge and this one ranks among the top that we have been to. It’s very clean and well stocked with things other cabins do not provide. The beds are very comfortable which is honestly hard to find sometimes! Everything is well thought out. The game-room has a lot to do and it’s very spacious. Tons of games! 3 Fireplaces was amazing for this time of year. The hosts were great and everything was simple and easy. We will definitely be back.

Summary: We came with friends and family to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday. We cooked every meal there and the kitchen is the most stocked kitchen I've ever been in. The beds were so comfortable - as were all the furnishings. Our two teenage children really enjoyed the downstairs that had everything they could possibly want - pool, darts, basketball, gaming system etc. I booked based on the outdoor fireplace and the spectacular view and I was not disappointed!! I will definitely book this cabin again.

Summary: This home is truly beautiful and the pictures do not do the place justice! The view from the wrap-around deck is breathtaking! The house is so cozy. We loved the outdoor area with the tv to watch football. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and board games! We would definitely love to book with them again when we are back in Blue Ridge!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay! Location was great….20min to DT blue ridge, 20min to Mercier Apple Orchard, 35min to Burts Farm:) I agree with previous review that the pics do not do the view justice! It is expansive and Beautiful. Spent most of our time relaxing by the outdoor fireplace (a must have in my mountain trips). Plenty of firewood, which is also a detail I look for! Only reason I gave it 4 stars was cleanliness (which I’m well aware owners have no real control over). Seemed like a “quick sweep and a promise”….my grandma would say when you did a little cleaning and promised to do better later:) it’s just VRBO adds such a big cleaning fee you expect better. Overall….hands down would stay here again! Thank you!
