Three story townhouse , with style and quality ,we have made sure the quality of living in this home is high, everything is high living, we have made sure the pantry is full of essential and the fridge has the same.
We know it's annoying to have to purchase essential ? So we have made sure you have them.
Master suite can be locked up for some private time with your own spa bath,dressings room and luxury bed.Amazing entertainment area for those sunny days you just want to chill, we have extra glasses ,cutlery , and plates on request. There are two living areas the rumpus room has a pulled out bed with a QB mattress and not foam,a real mattress and a bar with a wine fridge
You have Rockdale station 15 min walk or 5 min drive,there is a bus stop at the top of the street.
You have the beach at the end of our street 5 min walk and at the other end of our street you have a lake and parks BBQ area and play ground
You can walk to all the restaurants and have cocktails at the Novotel
You have buses to city and to station ,20 min train ride to city
Two and half car security garage

Summary: The location and size of the property was great, full of everything you need to make it a home from home and not just a place to stay. Kathryn was wonderful and communicated every step of the way.

Summary: Very clean and extremely well presented accommodation. Really great location and easy to access all shops, cafes etc. communication was excellent and the owner was very good at getting back to us . Would definitely recommend and stay shrub. Couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay.

Summary: We used this home as our base. We utilized the bus and trains to get to Sydney. We were very happy with the location. Communication with Kathryn was good. The neighborhood is quiet and close to shops and places to eat.

Summary: The townhouse is conveniently located to public transport and restaurants/shops and the beach. It is well appointed and easy to live in. We were visiting to see family from interstate and it worked well.

Summary: We had an amazing stay at Kathryn and Roberto’s home. The home is stocked with everything and more, plenty of kitchen utensils needed by a large family who cook, and thoughtfully necessities in the cupboard too. The location is amazing 5 mins walk to the beach, 10mins to the train or 2mins to a bus, small shopping mall with everything you need 5mins. The home was better than described with a basement so the kids had room to play....... and is located 5 mins walk to the local park/ playground/ and skatepark. This home made our stay ! Thanks Kathryn
