Summary: We had a wonderful stay at the Hidden Forest Clermont. The location was on a lovely residential area, close to Disney - 30 mins door to door. The villa was air conditioned, very spacious, new and very clean, with an outdoor plunge pool. Parking space right outside the villa which was convenient. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the BBQ as the grills were rusty. The kitchen was lovely but could have been better equipped for cooking (pots and pans, serving dishes etc).

Summary: We have stayed at several (20+) VRBOS in the past. We have always had a communication binder with favorite restaurants in the area, fun activities in the area, and information on the property, etc. We really missed that. No Keurig, just a small coffee pot. When we have been to VRBO's in the past there has been condiments, oil, salt/pepper packets, stuff to make basic stuff. Bare. There was one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, so we had to buy more. There was nothing personal about the VRBO, we could tell it was a management company that owns and runs these properties. We got to the VRBO late due to flight delay, our combo code did not work get in. We were able to call the phone number of the management company and got in. We stayed for a week, we were only at the property early morning and later in the day., we did not use the tiny pool. We did sit out on the covered patio. Overall the VRBO was clean, close to everything, beds were amazingly comfortable, Lots of restaurants in the area.

Summary: Had a wonderful time at the property, everything was cleaned when we arrived, check in was easy, and it was very spacious and comfortable for my family. There is a Walmart and a Starbucks very close by and getting to Disney World is pretty easy, just depends on how many stop lights you hit. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: The property was beautiful and located close enough to everything we needed to do without being in the midst of heavy traffic daily. The biggest thing was the lack of curtains, mainly on the back windows leading out to the patio. There was no way to ensure privacy in the home when we were entertaining at night. It also would add to the bedrooms to have curtains if someone wants to sleep in. Other than that, things were wonderful. There was a clogged drain that we had to clear ourselves 🥴 but that can happen. I would definitely book this location again.

Summary: Spacious, clean, modern townhome. Had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels. TV's in every bedroom. New appliances (washer/dryer and dishwasher). Close to Disney. A bit of a hike to Universal. These are townhomes, so you are right on top of your neighbors and we had some loud ones. It seemed another nearby neighbor was moving out and there was a storage pod and mound of trash bags in the parking lot that created a bit of an eyesore. Aside from those few neighbors we enjoyed our stay and thought it was a great place.
