Positive: Nice and clean , very accommodating
Negative: The lighting is terrible in the rooms , not even a complimentary water bottle. We arrived very late and didn’t stop anywhere and there wasn’t even water, some places we have stayed at least have water for guest . We know it’s not mandatory for you guys to provide beverages but it would be nice . Not enough bedding !!! And the bed with the top bed is falling apart and needs to be fixed
Summary: Our stay was decent but probably would not stay here again

Positive: The beds and pillows were so comfy and the picture and size of the TVs were exceptional. The pool area looked lovely but we were unable to use it as we did not pay for pool heat so the pool was too cold. The Villa suited us for our 2 week holiday.
Negative: After being up for nearly 24 hours, before reaching the villa, we were too tired to go to the supermarket for essentials and was surprised that, on arrival, there was no welcome package, would have been nice to have had a coffee or tea. There was also no condiments left at the villa, other villas we've rented, there is always something left over from the previous occupants, as we did when we checked out, but the cupboards were empty. The surfaces in the kitchen/bathrooms seemed sticky. We could not use the pool as we did not pay for the pool to be heated but on our return the hosts Vacasa accused us of damage to the pool cap and that as per the Rental Agreement, the renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy, we were so shocked that we had been accused of damage to something we didn't even use, it took 19 days for them to eventually say that we will not be held liable for damage we did not cause and that they consider this damage claim closed. The area was quiet during the day that we could tell (we were at the parks all day) but almost every evening someone drove by in their car with the music beating out loud, there was also a police incident just outside the villa one evening involving 2-3 cars, not sure what that was about.

Positive: The rooms were Disney themed. The pool was big and clean. Few issues we had were taken care off promptly. Would definitely recommend staying at the property.
