We are proud to offer our home for luxury family / large group accommodation or conferences.

1 Bunkroom with a TV / DVD player
Kitchenette, with a freestanding oven / electric cooktop, fridge/freezer, cutlery, crockery etc., and single dish drawer
Bathroom - walk in shower, large bath, and toilet in one room
A second toilet on its own downstairs also
Laundry - washing machine and tub
Lounge area - 46" LED 3D TV with built in Freeview, Bluray DVD player, portable Sony sound system.
Games room with table tennis, darts and a variety of games
Outside front deck, with shelter from rough weather
Infinity Hotwater shower and bath outside at rear of house to get rid of the sand before you come inside!
BYO SLEEPING BAGS for bunkroom
Upstairs:
1 double bedroom
Fully equipped modern kitchen, with large freestanding oven / gas cooktop, fridge/freezer, cutlery, crockery etc., full sized dishwasher
Internal staircase that leads downstairs. This can be closed off
Ensuite with shower in one room, and toilet in another.
Lounge area with 50" Plasma TV with built in Freeview, Bluray DVD player, Digital SkyTV capabilities (BYO Decoder - not MySky), Yamaha sound system.
Large table which would serve both as a large family dining table, or for a conference.
Outside front deck, with stairs that lead downstairs
Semi Enclosed Deck at the back overlooking the ocean, with 5 person spa pool, and walkway access to the dunes, all under cover and private - A new addition to our home at the end of 2022
Short stroll to childrens' playground, campground, and beaches - try your hand at surfcasting or surfing!
This property is now fully fenced to ensure the safety of your little ones, including fully fenced upstairs decking areas.

Summary: Stunning property with room to spear. We had an awesome stay. It’s often hard to find a place with enough room that will accommodate a sports team. But this was exceptional. Well worth the drive from Whanganui. Having the spa was a definite bonus and great for recovery.

Summary: The host wasn't aware we were arriving so the house was not ready for us. It wasn't cleaned, fresh sheets weren't available, and we didn't receive check-in instructions. We were not happy because we arrived at 9pm. Once the host was aware of the situation, she made every effort to remedy it, including sending cleaning staff over to provide sheets and refunding a significant amount of the cost. We appreciated those efforts and I think if things had unfolded differently, we'd have given a four star review. This house has all the basics and is right next to the beach.

Summary: Heaps of space for family groups, great having 2 kitchens and 3 toilets. Some appliances needed bit of clean before we used them, but overall nice place to stay in big group

Summary: Three families stayed here and it was perfect for us. Spacious especially with the 2 lounges and the bunk room for the teenage boys. Great communication. Only concern was that the combination lock was difficult due to its age and that it was upside down on the lock and super windy. Once we were in we were sweet as.
