Summary: I liked this house, it needs better maintenance and better response from Vacasa on reported issues. It has a lot of potential but some things need to be fixed for me to rent again. Also, it would be nice to have TV’s at least in the master bedroom, cheap investment with good return for upcoming guests.

Summary: The place is absolutely divine, love the location, serenity and local floral and fauna, but the unit had some really issues. Before I get into those, I asked for early check in weeks in advance because our flight was arriving at 8:30 in the morning. Caught a bus here and when we arrived, they said no early check in, no place to hang out for a few hours, and to come back at 4:00. No matter what we tried, they said absolutely not, come back at 4:00, so we went to a nearby town, brought all of our luggage to the restaurant and hung out there until 3:30, then had to call an Uber, which cost us additional money after already paying for a chartered bus. The unit was beautiful, but had some real issues. First off, the front door lock was being held together by black tape and wasn’t secure, we caught 9 large wasps in one of the bedrooms, the blender didn’t work, which sucked, especially since I had already loaded it with fruit. The TV remote didn’t work and when we requested a new one, there was no response. The manager was somewhat responsive but took a long time to respond on WhatsApp until the last day. I would definitely stay here again, but would highly recommend that these matters be resolved.

Summary: Great location for traveling within the Central Pacific area. Pool and view were spectacular. There is no access to the beach from here but it is a short drive to Herradura the nearest beach maybe. Home has AC and 2 full baths. The AC and the pool were essential to beat the heat.

Summary: The perfect blend of nature (forest and wildlife) and first class premises made this one of the best and more relaxed holidays I have had in a long time. Strategically placed to be able to take quick drives to places around the Central Pacific Coast like Manuel Antonio to explore and make the most of your time around these areas. You will not be disappointed!

Summary: We loved the property. It was quiet and relaxing. The amenities, especially the infinity pool, were better than we could have asked for. The check in and check out instructions were clearly communicated and the property manager responded to any inquiries we had. Being close to Carara national park as well as Jaco made the location ideal. We especially enjoyed all of the wildlife we were able to see from our terrace and from walking around the property. We plan on returning.
